Wonderful service. Great response time and even rearranged their daily schedule to see me the same day as I called. Tim came out right at the time we scheduled and found the part we needed for my old houses shower out of the two that were in town. He picked it up on his way home and the next day James was there to get the repair made in quick time. Everything works perfectly again, looks clean and neat with fantastic soldering I should add. Thank you for everything and I would definitely recommend you for anyone that finds themselves in a bind.

I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

Dudes a joke......

We had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up, they were here quickly, assesses the problem, gave us multiple options, and weren’t pushy to pick the most expensive. Very helpful and knowledgeable, worked quickly to fix the problem, and even answered some other questions we had about other plumbing things in our new purchased home. I will call them again when we have another plumbing need!

When I called, that lady was very grumpy with no willingness to help. They advertise in the catholic bulletin, so I was expecting a nice approach with me as a client, but was awful. I never will call. Never! Period!

Our plumber Avery Heath was on time friendly clean and courteous, he pointed out the problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. How nice is it to know when you have a problem and you’re all stressed out, you can call Benjamin Franklin plumbing and have somebody come out and do exactly what they’re supposed to. He did the job well, quickly, and give us advice on how to avoid a reoccurrence. Good company pleasure to do business with.
