They fit us in right away and very professional and they fixed our faucet without needing to replace it. We will call them again in the future.

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

We had this company out on 11/29 for a clogged kitchen sink. Gary spent 1 1/2 hours grinding with a battery operated machine with no resulte. When we would ask him a question he would ignore us as if he haden't heard us. Once he did answerr & was very rude. Finally, we had to ask him if he could fix it and his response was no. we asked him to stop and leave. Called Major Drain the next day and they had it fixed within a half hour. A month after Tritz was here, we recieved the bill and what they charge for not fixing anything is way over what we were charged by the company that actually fixed it. I will never recommend Tritz to anyone.

I previously posted that I was dissatisfied with the cost of their service. My remarks were premature. After a short delay in a call back, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing agreed and refunded what I felt was the excessive portion of my bill. They seemed genuinely interested in my concern. They were courteous and professional.
