our main line clogged Sunday night. Understandably they did not have anyone available. We then scheduled an appointment that night with them for next day at 1 pm. We received a text message at 1:50 saying they were on their way. They didn't even show.

Showed up almost 2 hours late for a 8am-10am window and charged me about $100 more then the other quotes I got on the phone. John and team were completely professional, efficient and worked diligently to get a pretty decrepit old water heater out of my home and the new one installed along with a new water softener.
