Great service! Josh was professional and friendly. They redirected my vent stack, hooked up our dishwasher and disposal, and ran a new water line for our refrigerator. They went above and beyond with this service call. I recommend this company without question.

This Summer I completed a pretty big home remodeling project: my master bathroom. Luckily, I was not alone. I had Micro Plumbing handle my plumbing needs. They removed a lot of worry from me and helped really add the spit and polish to my bathroom with a new toilet and a beautiful new faucet. Have used Smith Pro twice now. Once to hook up our kitchen faucet, disposal, and plumbing after new countertops were installed, and the second time to replace a water heater and install a water softener. Both times they completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. Very happy and will use their services again.

The tech was helpful. Knowledgeable very kind and personable. He was able to diagnose the valve is due quickly, get the part needed and repaired and recommend additional services to improve maintenance of the water heater.

Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.
