Called back on the weekend to schedule my service on Monday as our leak was not an emergency which was fine. He arrived on time, was courteous, and got the job done. Our normal plumber was backed up for weeks and ProPlumb was the only one to call us back on the weekend

Excellent service!

Worst company. They collected $640 from us and were trying to collect money from the insurance company as well for the same service. Their final word was to get another company to give us an estimate after they supposedly located the broken pipe, and were going to start working.
Reported for Insurance fraud, Federal Trade Comission for this guy business practice.

Call several times nobody returned calls to come out do work

Showed up the same day on short notice to unclog my kitchen sink. Plumber was great and cleaned up his mess after he was done. I've used this business 4x in the last year. Always excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
