Technicians did very good job unplugging toilet/shower drain. Tried to go onto roof to do the job but too steep for their safety. Pulled toilet and were able to snake pipe that way. Very good job and done very professionally !! Will use again IF necessary !!

Mr. Wichert arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He quickly cleaned out my clogged bathroom sink drain. I was pleased with his work and price.

Horrible company!! This home warranty is not worth what you pay. Should your home need any repair they take the cheapest route towards fixing it. There were several things we asked to be looked at or fixed that weren't covered under the warranty (electrical and plumbing related). Their customer service is absolutely terrible. The people are rude and often don't return phone calls. Save your money and your time.

We had an ac check and Freon added to the ac unit. John Erickson was out technician. He was very nice and informative. He made sure the unit was working when he left.

Great company if you like to be gravely overcharged for their services. Guy spends 3 minutes in the house to clean a flame sensor and a bill for $153. I even bought the steel wool for the guy to use to clean it. I diagnosed the problem on the phone before he even came out. Worst customer service and no compassion for losing a customer. If your heat goes out...call someone else...do not call Frazier Co.
