Nobody wants to need a plumber, but we happened to need one due to a leak we had in our bathroom. We had the pleasure of getting a guy named Dan come and help us out. He knew what he was doing, and he had our pipe fixed up pretty quickly, which was good because it was late. I would definitely use them again if the need arises!

I had a great experience with R mechanical. They were prompt and were able to service my furnace right away. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is amazing. I would highly recommend them to take of any heating and air needs.

Gina and the few techs (Mike F. and Alan) that have been out here have been awesome to deal with. It's nice to have a local crew, that knows you by name and talks to you like a person is worth the warranty.

I had purchased/installed a water heater a few months back. I received great service. I was able to pick my own options for the financing. Thought would go back since my furnace stopped working. This is when everything went down hill. Furnace went out on a Sunday so 189.00 to come out. I bought a standard digital thermostat less than 100 he charged me 118 to install it. It took less than 10min to install then tells me to be careful with it cause it is not mounted very well. Then he goes down and looks at the furnace and low-n-behold I need a new furnace. But he got it running until next morning. Finance guy Kenneth shows up takes pictures then proceed to tell me he is going to the truck to figure out what would good better and best. Comes back doesn't even show me the estimates and decided for me..the better. Adds in duct cleaning. Well Monday comes they showed up bright and early ready to go! They installed the furnace and fixed the thermostat. One of the men that came was irritated over something so he made being in my own home very uneasy. He dropped a tool and he look like he could go off at any time. I asked about the duct cleaning they didn't know. So I called and it was set for the next day Tusday morning. Ok Tuesday comes and goes no call or show. I email Kenneth and he said sorry and he will get the schedule and call me Wednesday morning. No call or show Wednesday. Wednesday night I sent another email and told them just cancel and take it off my bill. Well they did but still no response or call to apologize or anything. Better off their prices are outrageous. Will not do business with them again.

Russ came to our home today and serviced the furnace, the erv air filtration system and cleaned the air conditioner compressor. He arrived on time, asked us for our input on the service call and explained what he was doing every step of the way. This was our first experience with the Frazier Company, but we will definitely use them again based on the high quality service Russ provided.

We have worked with them for a number of years and have never not been impressed. The whole process from the first call is smooth. All the technicians we have dealt with have been friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Was almost ran off the road along with 3 other people and doesn’t look like this is the first incident you need to hire new employees safety should always be a priority when driving this man was going 100 mph on the interstate and 65 through town right past schools supposed to be going 30 mph he was completely unaware of anything going on around him as he was on his phone weaving through traffic like a maniac no blinkers and just cutting people off
