Best Drain Line Cleaning in Omaha NE

Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.

I manage three commercial buildings in the old mill area, and every time I have called there office chris has always answered the phone professionally. She has always found me a plumber or drain cleaner when I needed one and when they arrive to do there work they are very professional and they thoroughly clean up after themselves all the time.

Bill is amazing! I have had him come out 3 times now, once for a drain clog, once for preventative maintenance and the third time because I forgot about the preventative maintenance appointment and then needed him to come out for my laundry room flooding. Bill has always responded promptly, has shown up got right to work, explained everything about the situation so I knew what was going on. He is quick, reliable and affordable. Called July 3rd and July 4th for emergency..NOBODY EVER CALLED !!! why advertise 24/7 if you are NOT.....this is WRONG !!

These guys are rockstars. I had to have my water main service replaced, they did the whole thing in one day. My water heater cracked and between me calling and a new heater being installed was a matter of hours. They work fast, do a great job, and their prices are very reasonable. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing issues.

Plans for the day- replace vanity top and faucet. Also replace the worn out 4' run of metal drain pipe located inside the stud wall. SPP arrived a little before the scheduled time.
Several hours into project it was determined the parts required to connect to the main 50 yr old cast stack were discontinued and completely out of stock. Now necessary to replace 20 section of main stack which was used by 2 sink drains and also contained a rusted through hole! Necessary parts were obtained and expertly installed. Dan completed this major project by mid-afternoon and onto his next assignment. Would recommend them for your plumbing needs! THANK YOU!!

We reached out and scheduled an appointment window of 4:30 to 6 as we do not get off work until 430. We were told we would get a text and would have THREE minutes to respond or they would not come. When we got off work at 430 we found they had text around 4pm. So we called and they advised us the tech was sent to another call and they were not sure if they could get anyone to us now. When we mentioned that they text during a time we specifically told them we would still be at work as well as approx 30 minutes before the window even opened it was as if they could care less. So can't say how the services are as we will be looking elsewhere.

Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Would recommend it to everyone that is looking never to take a cold shower again or have a deep soaking tub. Best investment I made in a long time!! This company responded quickly to my request of a bid and was very professional throughout the entire installation process. They talked with me about all the pros and cons and then coached me on the use and service of the new equipment. They have also done some work for me on a bathroom renovation. I have found my plumber for life.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. $130 service call to tell us they can’t troubleshoot a hot water heater issue, and we’d be better off buying a new one because they would simply have to replace parts until it started working. I called and expressed my concerns to Dawn and apparently they stand behind this “quality” of service. They say you live and learn, and this is one of those occasions I get to inform other people before they call this business and find themselves with a hefty bill and nothing to show for it.

Update: Hired a reputable company who was able to troubleshoot and identify the controller was bad. Cost of service and part - $200.
