Had a line get a glog which then backed up into our basement where the flooding occurred in a closet and wasn’t noticed until 7:30 at night. Called to schedule someone out as soon as possible. Wes showed up at 9am the next morning and had our line cleared within the hour and the water drained out no problem. He was thorough in explaining what had happened and how to prevent it from happening again. We then also spoke with Shana (who also came out the night before even though the technician they had initially scheduled to be out by 2am had some vehicle trouble) about the mitigation that RotoRooter also handles. Shana helped us get in contact with our homeowners insurance and made sure to stick around so we could get our claim started. Overall a wonderful experience. Mitigation is in process now and our reconstruction will start within the week.

Our first experience with Big Birge was fantastic. From the moment we realized we had a plumbing leak, we had excellent communication with office personnel (Tonya) and were immediately informed of how we were going to fix the problem when our plumber Dennis arrived. We were worried that we wouldn't get a plumber to come out the same day--- that wasn't a problem and from the moment we called, Tonya assured us that Big Birge would be there. Dennis was available later in the day and even showed up early to our appointment. He was very knowledgeable. Exactly what we needed to help us fix our leaking pipe. Dennis also let me do a couple of things before shutting off water and had patience with my 7 year old looking on. We could tell that this was a family company that valued working with other local families.

Was supposed to arrive between 10-2. At 2:45, get told they would be there shortly. Did not arrive until 3:45. Their drain cleaning is over $300, which already is double the price I have paid other companies in the past. After getting it cleared, they still said they needed a sewer expert to come out. The sewer expert said there were tree roots and it would need a different piece of equipment, which would cost an ADDITIONAL $650. The guy on site was very rude about it when we told him we could get someone else to do it. And to prove me right, another company has now come out and got the roots clear for under $200. That company said they did not need to use the special tool and that Roto-Rooter was obviously just trying to scam us. Take that with a grain of salt, but I think I'll believe the company that SHOWED UP ON TIME and ACTUALLY got the job done.

Juan and Wayne were absolutely fantastic. Showed up right on time, super friendly, followed COVID protocols, worked hard and once completed walked me through the new HVAC setup answering any questions I had. Night and day difference in quality of work from the old system. Top notch crew!

Highly recommend Zach and Durham Plumbing. Had a leaky garbage disposal, he was able to make it same day, just a few hours after I called, and swap it out quickly. Will certainly use again in the future!

Justin and Dan came out to jet my sewer line in May 2022. They were awesome! Explained everything I asked about and did a MUCH better job clearing the lines of tree roots than other plumbers had done in the past. I could see the evidence on the cameras. Would definitely recommend this company to remove tree roots from sewer lines!
