The 2 Technicians they sent were EXCELLENT!! One (Ray) checked for water leakage Everywhere, and UnClogged the kitchen Drain pipe! The 2nd guy was here to Assess any Water Damage since I reported on the phone , that my wood floor was probably ruined. His name is Joe, and he is a very Professional, Get- R- Done kind of guy! He told me that most assuredly I would be getting a NEW kitchen floor, since there was Obvious Damage,and sewage water Channeling Under my wood floor. He said a crew of workers would be out the next day, to tear up the floor, Clean up and and start Drying the Subfloor, and taking care of Any impending MOLD problem, as a Result of the Water Damage. He even Called my Homeowners insurance company and Started a Claim for it to All be Taken Care of. He Knew exactly what to say and do , to get things DONE for me. Did I Mention that they were at my Door Less than an Hour from my Initial Call!! I Highly Recommend Roto-Rooter to Anyone Needing to Get Problems Cleared up Quickly!!

We were having plumbing issues, with water all over in our basement. Raymond sent one of their experts (Mike), to troubleshoot and fix it, only to find out our main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced.

Eric and Josh arrived a couple of days later to replace the sewer line by boring under our sidewalk, concrete steps, and deck to replace the broken line. Our backyard was barely disturbed at all. Plumbing was restored on day 2. Dirt holes were filled and properly tamped, and concrete in the basement replaced on day 3. These guys were awesome! Truly nice guys that answered all my questions and made us feel very comfortable with their knowledge and proficiency.

I scheduled a service call with ServiceOne, and things couldn't have gone any better! I received the reminder call the day before, just as promised. Also I did receive a call 20 minutes prior to the service call from Gary, Just as promised.Gary arrived, introduced himself, then proceeded to the laundry room in the basement. It took him just minutes to find the problem. This fellow is an expert in his job! He arrived on time and not only cleared the drain but cleaned the pipe meaning he ran that cutter thru at least 3 times. He was not satisfied and still recommended a more thorough power wash, however I balked. Would highly recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Mr. Rooter. And thank you Bill.
