Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

We called this company today, and they came out in a flash. The guy had our bathroom sink leaks and our water leaks in the laundry room fixed in no time. Plus he was friendly, courteous, and the price was right. Will call this company again!!!

Way over priced. I called someone out because I expected the repair to be a complex fix. The fee for coming out was standard with other plumbing companies. However, all that was replaced was a washer and I was charged $250.00 for that nut and 30 minutes of labor. I called other plumbers to see if I was price gouged and what I was told by another local plumber was you got screwed.

To be fair, the plumber was kind and prompt.

Great service at a reasonable price. I was having difficulty getting my water tank fixed. A previous company dropped the ball on the repair so called Don's Friday afternoon. I was able to get an appointment for someone to come out Monday afternoon. Within 45 minutes they had the water on and it was heating properly. Whereas Buddies Heating and Air said it was an electrical problem which cost me $150 and two days to find out it wasn't electrical, it was in fact the heating element on the water tank. Their knowledge base is questionable to say the least. Don's cost was $175 and 45 minutes with no need to go any further. The clear winner is Don's.

Josh came out the day we called him and also addressed another issue with another property of ours immediately as well. He kept me up to date with what the issue was and notified me when the job was completed. I highly reccomend them.

Joe was courteous, professional, and very patient with us in explaining both what he was doing, and what our options were. He arrived promptly on time, performed the work, and got us up and running again, all at a price that was more affordable than many of the other guys.

Jacob K. From brandons Plumbing came out to my house today to fix a plumbing problem that three other plumbers had looked at and basically chickened out on fixing it. I was prepared for the worst. Jacob fixed the problem within an hour or two, and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars by not going with the other plumbers. Jacob was professional, personable, and informative. He explained to me everything he was doing and made me feel confident that he knew his job and would give me an honest remedy to my plumbing problems. I am absolutely thrilled with Heartland Plumbing. I live out of State and had to find a plumber for a relatives house. Read reviews and decided they sounded the best. From dealing with the wonderful receptionist Dee who was so helpful to Colton the plumber who had to spend a long day working on slab leak. Colton got it all fixed, sent me pictures and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy customer!

WORTHLESS! Do not call these people! Scheduled to be here between noon and 3. It's now 4:30 and they never showed up, never called and won't answer the phone! Completely wasted my day for NOTHING! Worthless and inconsiderate.
