After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

Quick scheduling and quick response! A plus plus!

The A Mac crew came to my house on December 20, 2016. It was a night call, and they showed up within 30 minutes of the call.

There were 3 gentlemen who were ready for any task that I could throw their way. They were dressed professionally, and their attire was appropriate for the cold temperatures of the evening.

I took them to the problem area. They assessed the situation, and discussed various theories and solutions amongst themselves. After a couple of minutes of discussion, the group arrived at a consensus.

Their plan was pretty good. But I wanted something slightly different. The crew enthusiastically agree to adhere to my request. They measured the existing plumbing, existing depth of hole, and prospective adjustments that would have to be made to appease my request.

30 minutes later, and they were done.

They trained me to use a new outdoor faucet that has pressure valve features.

They were a bit pricey. . . but I would definitely choose them again in a heartbeat. I'd rather pay a bit more for great service then overpay a bad plumber.

The nice thing about hiring Joe is he is the owner and so this leads to better customer service and workmanship. Give him a try. I did and wasn't disappointed. Would recommend him to a friend.

Great experience with this company. It was hard to get a plumber on the phone for a residential emergency in the recent freezing weather we had. Not only did this company keep their commitment to providing same-day service, their technician went above and beyond to check several other things in my home and take preventative measures to avoid other failures in those crazy low temps. Ah! Thank God the plumber was able to answer asap on my emergency call! Something was very, very wrong with the sink in the bathroom and it almost flooded my apartment! I paid a bit extra for the rush but thankfully I do not have any Flooding problems!

They came out twice to try and unclog our drain. After charging $300+ a visit and doing the exact same thing both times, they still had no idea what the problem was.

I was in a bind on Saturday evening and Anthony came to my rescue. I had to have a shut off valve on my master toilet or I was going to be without water until Monday or so. Thank you for taking care of me

Called them at 5:15 PM and they said all technicians are home, told me to call another plumber. So much for being 24hr service.

Had an appointment from 2 - 4. The technician called saying they could be here earlier if we were available, which we were. Dustin and Corey showed up right on time. They said they thought they can fix my issue for $350, but it may be up to $2200 if they had to jack up the slab. They were able to fix the drain of our tub and did not need to do the more extensive work. We are very pleased with the work and they were very cordial. We would most definitely recommend Brandon's Plumbing for any project you may have!

Hector arrived quickly and fixed my problem right away. He was professional, kind and even gave me a few tips to prevent the same problem from happening again in the future. I really can’t say enough good things about this experience and every other experience I have had with these folks.
