Best Video Camera Inspection in Oklahoma City OK

This is the first time I've ever given a service company a 1-star review. I gave them one star for solving the problem at the property. They did a fine plumbing job, that wasn't the problem. However, they sold the job, which was replacing a drain pipe, on the basis that the insurance would cover the entire cost of the job. I was skeptical, and I asked the plumber, based on his experience, what were the chances that the claim would be paid. He told me that based on his experience, 90% of the jobs he's done had been covered. He said the only ones that would not were ones in which the homeowner said the wrong thing to the insurance adjuster. He said not to worry, that he would talk to the adjuster to make sure they would cover the claim. What I found out from the insurance adjuster was that, in fact, not one part of the job would be covered by insurance. I insisted that the adjuster call the plumber. According to the adjuster, he called and left a voice mail for the plumber, which was not returned. The next week he called again, and this time plumber hung up on him. If VIP Plumbing tells you the job will be covered by insurance, don't believe a word they say.

After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

Just called this company to come look for a leak and she said it will be 549 an hour. Seems a little high to me.

If you are looking for an affordable, honest and knowledgeable plumbing company, CALL A-MACS! Our sewer backed up and we had water going EVERYWHERE. We called A-Mac's and the receptionist was friendly and got us scheduled same day! Robert, Skylar and Steve showed up and had our plumbing issue resolved within 45 min! (on my lunch break) They are good at what they do and offer sound advice for your future maintenance needs. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Joe has been to my house twice to snake my pipes, turns out I have a tree root problem. Joe has always been very polite, timely and informative. He makes sure if you want to know what is going on and how to take care of your plumbing, options for fixing, Joe makes sure you get any and all information. He's flexible on his schedule and always looking at the best interest of his clients.

I called Tiptons to check our hot water heater, the service man came out took pictures of our hot water heater, was told that the boss said our hot water heater was too old to be worked on, it's only 7 years old. Never told me what was wrong with the hot water heater. Charged me $65 to take pictures of the hot water heater and then told me he would be glad to replace the hot water heater for $1800.00!!! Called the company the next day and ask to speak to a supervisor, expressed my concerns, was told I would get a call back, 3 weeks later have not heard from anyone!! Very disappointed with the service and will not be calling this company in the future!! These people are crooks!!!

i like the quality of the work and the professionalism of their plumbers. However I use them on a regular basis at the properties I manage and they are becoming a little slow on invoicing me and it puts me behind on my work. Other than that the prices are fair and they know what they are doing.
