I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

After a different plumber blew me off, I called Lakeshore. They were friendly and listened to everything I knew about what was wrong at my house. The scheduled me in the first available slot and got me back up and running in no time. They were knowledgeable and friendly the entire time. They even checked in with me a few days later to make sure everything was still running well. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Plumbing for any plumbing needs!! Nice people and they will do all they can to fix the problem. My unit was 25 years old, nd needed replacing. But they weren’t big on the “sell” and I appreciate that. They did tell me it was highly recommended to replace no I will get that done with them as well.

from the appointment setting to the service. it was great. Very courteous, answered all my questions. They came when they said they would, told me step by step what the were doing and why the problem happened. Cleaned up , took the old dirty parts with them. They made sure everything was working before leaving, checking several times. The cost was reasonable, about what I expected. I would use them again. Nice to find a plumber you can depend on. Rating them based on my experience would be five stars.

The Plumbers replaced my hot water tank within 3 hours of their arrival. They were efficient, left no mess and had it installed in no time. I will use Plumb Crazy again .

Great customer service! Very friendly. Water line was busted, I called two other companies and the women on the phone were very rude. I'm a woman so I really don't know much about plumbing. But when I called stone creek they actually took the time to explain things to me without being rude or getting impatient with me. They were here in 2 hours and fixed my leak in no time. In and out quickly. The worker Blake was very helpful.

Pipes Plus was very professional installing a replacement hot water tank which could no be repaired and bringing it up to code in a very tight inconvenient location. At another house we decided to go with a Navien tankless water heater which is working out very well to save on expenses. Very helpful to guide us through the various venting and pipe issues and requirements for a tankless system and once again a very professional job of installation and support.
