It took longer than I said it would to get out to the job and then they started the job and just left in the middle of it with out finishing the job. They left with a giant hole in the sewer line. It was wide open and then the freeze came and we had no water for over a week. We couldn't get anyone to respond to us like they should have so we had to get a completely new plumber and he had it done in no time. I absolutely do not recommend Mr. Rooter.

David was very knowledgeable and was able to give a lot of insight to my issue simply over the phone prior to even seeing my property. I had quite a bit of sewer line damage that needed a lot of repairs. Brian came to do the work and was very courteous and knowledgeable as well. The overall total for the repairs was half of my previous quotes with other Plumbers in the metro. As a first time home buyer, they are a trusted source. Thank you Mr. Rooter!

I had backflow into my garage, so I called them. The guy arrived on time (so no complaints there). Once he roto-rooted the line I asked him if that would solve the problem. He said that, no, the garage would still have water backup because there was something wrong with the line. He told me that he thought I had a break in the line somewhere and would need a camera run, which costs $500 or so. He even told me he had a buddy who would come and do it. I couldn't afford to, so thanked him and he left. After continued small backups that they told me weren't covered under their 30 day guarantee, we had another large backup of water. I called another plumber, who snaked the main line and told me that there was a backup there and rotorooter just hadn't gone down the line far enough (he used twice as much line as they did). We haven't had a problem since. I would not recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. They charge a lot of money and cut corners if they think they can get away with it. You will just end up out a lot of money with your plumbing still blocked up.

Called their office and had a couple of plumbers at my door within an hour! My problem was an emergency sewer clog on my main sewer line and They got me unclogged and back in business!

I have had some plumbing issues in the past two months. I had to have a hot water tank replaced, and it was done the same day! David, the plumber is very knowledgeable, and what he says, and what he does. He answers any questions that you have very thoroughly. I also had a pipe break in my foundation-not a good thing. Again they came out the same day I called. The job was very complicated and it took two days but I felt that the price was fair and again I had good service if you have any issues with your plumbing, I highly recommend Reddy Rooter.!
