We discovered a serious water leak during renovations in our house. They were able to arrive the same day, diagnose the problem and solve what seemed to me to be a major issue quickly and affordably. Will definitely be using these guys again

Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of working with Champion Plumbing recently to replace our natural gas lines, and we must say that their service was top-notch. William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service that Champion Plumbing provided, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. William's excellent service and expertise in replacing our natural gas lines was truly exceptional, and would definitely call on him and his team again for any future plumbing needs.

Michael was here when was told rep would show. Didn’t find anything wrong with the unit and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Took the time to explain my unit to me and why it had done what it did. Also offered to come back by if problem reoccurs.

There where very fast fixing my faucet and kept me in the loop at all times

They fixed the issue, but when I followed up due to a new concern that my foundation guys had. The tech was very stern in telling me that they were not plumbers and Didn’t know what they were talking about, which is absolutely true, but not the level of customer service I would wish on anyone who spent around 150 to have someone come out and service their plumbing. I would’ve been more satisfied if the tech would have more clearly tried to explain why he didn’t think it was an issue and possibly made a quick Follow-up service call at some point within the week to make sure new problems hadn’t popped up.

I am happy to report that I had another plumbing company come out and they were able to help me understand why the foundation repair people might have thought there was another issue and thoroughly checked to make sure there were no other potential issues. Unfortunately, I wish I would’ve had that company handle the situation first.

Came on time, very professional, did the work, explained what they did and followed all of the COVID-19 protocols, wore their masks etc.

these gentlemen did an excellent job cleaning out our drains that were clogged with roots. they were very professional and spent time explaining what was wrong and what they were doing to fix our plumbing issues. we will definitely be calling these plumbers again when we have drain issues.

They were able to get someone to my house in less than an hour after calling. The clog we had was about 50 feet deep and there's no way we could've fixed it. The technician Justin was able to locate the problem and fix it for us in under an hour. Highly reccomended!

Billy spent some time analyzing how the pipes were laid out, and came up with a solution at about 1/5 of the estimates we had been given by other companies. Always great to see a thoughtful and professional service.

Arnold's Plumbing is great, I highly recommend them! I've had to use them a few times at my rent house, and they are great with coordinating with myself and the homeowner. They always call when they are on their way over, and are always prompt and on time. Dale replaced my water heater a few years ago and Zac was great and replaced an old faucet a few weeks ago and he was able to get over here quickly to repair a busted pipe after the crazy snow storm we just had. I'm a big supporter of small family owned businesses and definitely plan on using them for years to come!

Easy and affordable

I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.
