This is the first time I've ever given a service company a 1-star review. I gave them one star for solving the problem at the property. They did a fine plumbing job, that wasn't the problem. However, they sold the job, which was replacing a drain pipe, on the basis that the insurance would cover the entire cost of the job. I was skeptical, and I asked the plumber, based on his experience, what were the chances that the claim would be paid. He told me that based on his experience, 90% of the jobs he's done had been covered. He said the only ones that would not were ones in which the homeowner said the wrong thing to the insurance adjuster. He said not to worry, that he would talk to the adjuster to make sure they would cover the claim. What I found out from the insurance adjuster was that, in fact, not one part of the job would be covered by insurance. I insisted that the adjuster call the plumber. According to the adjuster, he called and left a voice mail for the plumber, which was not returned. The next week he called again, and this time plumber hung up on him. If VIP Plumbing tells you the job will be covered by insurance, don't believe a word they say.

Very quick service and a 30 minute call ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took care of my kitchen sink issue and I knew what it would cost before he started the work. I'm glad I called and will be sure to call Robert if I have any plumbing issues in the future!

Ray and his team, did a wonderful job installing a new gas line and install a new gas stove top. I highly recommend using them.

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. The other guys have lost a customer and I will be calling Hull Plumbing from now on when the need arises. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with Champion Plumbing recently to replace our natural gas lines, and we must say that their service was top-notch. William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service that Champion Plumbing provided, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. William's excellent service and expertise in replacing our natural gas lines was truly exceptional, and would definitely call on him and his team again for any future plumbing needs.

Incorrectly diagnosed the roof leak problem. Now 3 months later won’t come out to rectify. Offered a refund but now won’t reply to me. Is costing 5x amount already paid to fix the initial issue. Building dispute resolution case lodged as no one will reply to me now.

These guys regular plumbing inspections, conducted by Josh, maintain the optimal functioning of my business. His thoroughness and utilization of pressure testing ensure no hidden issues go unnoticed. Josh traveled to where my business is in Choctaw with all amazing plumbing tools I've never seen before.

Just don't waste your time.

Wasn’t incredibly professional. Didn’t ask about my water heater, tell me about drains I may need, patching floor, we needed 3 compartment sink, mop sink, hand sink installed. Was told it would cost $125 an hour, never received estimate on the amount of time it would take etc...I had better service elsewhere which is why we won’t be using them for services

Anthony was here before the scheduled time. Called and advised us he was on his way. Explained what he would be doing. From the time we called to request service to completion and solution of our problem was under three hours. Thank you

Abba Discount Plumbing was quick to fix our clog. Our daughters stuffed 3 pairs of underwear down the toilet and they were able to snake out the clog in only a few minutes. They have been to my house and to my brothers who originally recommended them to me. I recommend them, fixed our problem fast.

All the individual employees were pleasant and professional.Everything else about this was a joke. Scheduled for between 8 and 10am. No call, no show. Got a call from the office as I was about to call and was told I was next on the list.An hour and a half after my service window I get another call that they're on the way and it should be 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. No, it was 35 minutes and the tracker that they sent me a link to never showed them leaving or traveling at all.I had standing waste water in my yard and couldn't use sinks, showers, the bath, the dishwasher or do laundry without exacerbating the issue. Not only did this grind my household to a stop, the inability of Roto Rooter to show up when they said they would pushed back other errands and obligations that I had.This has become the norm for service calls in my experience. If I'm not here during that window then I forfeit my place in line, but the service company doesn't show when they say they will and there's no repercussions or discounts or any consequences.There's no excuse for this ineptitude. I'm using smaller local places from now on.

Fast and professional!

I had used Joe on several jobs because I liked his responsiveness; that was a huge mistake. I would not recommend his services to anyone. On August 2nd, I reached out to Shaddix and sons regarding a leak reported from one of our guests. The guest reported that the leak was coming from the master bathroom shower. I called Joe(The Owner) to give him all the details that were reported by the guest. Later that day Joe, went to our unit to investigate the leak only... he didn't. He did not investigate the leak coming from the master bathroom shower. He went into the incorrect bathroom (upstairs guest bathroom) and repaired a wax seal on the TOILET. We were under the assumption that he investigated the problem and found a resolution, but in actuality, he did not follow instructions and proceeded to fix something that was a nonissue.  Three days later, we had a different guest in our unit. Side note: this is a short-term rental hence the frequency of guests. Back to the story at hand, our new guest reported the same issue to us. Per the guest, the leak is coming from the master bathroom shower. I called Joe to inform him of the issue again, and his response was, and I quote, is there another bathroom upstairs adjacent to the middle one?. As in the master bathroom!! When Joe went to investigate the issue after the second guest's complaint he replaced the master bathroom Toilet wax seal. Again, it was a nonissue but he fixed it! We trusted and assumed that he was fixing the problem. Joe then suggested returning to the unit to use a camera to check all pipes throughout the unit. Several days after, Joe returned to the unit to check the pipes.

When he used a camera to check the master shower drain. He discovered that a new shower pan drain would need to be replaced. On August 22nd, we shut down our Airbnb for the week to allow Joe to fix the shower pan.  On August 24th, our cleaners sent us a video of a more severe leak from the pantry. At this point, I'm perplexed, I reach back out to Joe so he can check this issue AGAIN. He went to inspect the unit again, but interestingly enough, he could not give us a diagnosis of the problem. Based on his response, we thought it best to get a second opinion. We contacted another plumber because I'd lost faith in Shaddix and Sons. Guess what the other plumber informed us?!? Not only did Joe never replace the shower pan; but in the process of him repairing the drain, he CUT the p-trap! Which caused an even more severe leak.
To wrap this timeline up, we hired a second plumber to fix the damaged p-trap, had a tile company replace the shower pan drain, and had to use a handyman to patch up the removed sheet rock that had to be cut to fix the p trap. It took 28 days for me to resolve this issue. On September 2nd, I contacted Shaddix and Sons via email and phone to ask for a refund for the past three services that didn't fix our leak but made it worse. Pretty reasonable right? Not only has Joe ignored our requests. He hasn't even apologized for cutting the p-trap which we showed him proof. All we asked is for a full refund for the 3 times he was supposed to fix the problem and didn't. As of September 19th Joe never once called me back; he's only exchanged text messages. I've only talked to the office manager who tried to get Joe to contact me. DO NOT USE SHADDIX AND SONS; JOE TOOK NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND DID NOT ATTEMPT TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM.

I needed two faucets hooked back up after have granite countertops installed. I had already purchased new faucets. The charges were outrageous. I asked what the charges were per hour. I was told $145 per hour - then he guy on phone said he would just send two guys as they could do it quicker. I didn’t realize that would be $145 each per hour. Then they announced they had to go to the store to pick up a pipe or something. They were gone for at least 40-45 minutes. I’m pretty sure they ate lunch. I didn’t care as long as they didn’t charge me - but alas they said that was normal. The guy flashed me a statement on his phone and said they would email me one. I had to call twice to get one. On top of all the lunch business, an additional $35 was listed for gas and a $30 fee added for “stocking”. I’m total bill was $755 to install two new faucets that should have taken about 30 minutes. I protested but an excuse was given for each protest. I said I was going to give them a terrible rating and absolutely warn others about this company. They took advantage of the fact I am elderly, on a fixed income and recently widowed. Don’t use them!!!!!
