My husband and I use Lifetime Plumbing Heat and Air for our regular Heating and AC checkups. We recently had to replace our AC's condenser. We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

Lakeshore Heating/Air and Plumbing was amazing! We got a tech out quickly to assess our tankless hot water heater. Joey helped so much and told us lots of valuable information that we didn't know since we've never had tankless before. He was polite, kind and thorough with his evaluation and fix to our problem.

He was very friendly and well informative about the worn condition of our heating and air system as well as how we can save money with rebates on the purchase of a new unit and insulation. Most importantly, he stressed the importance of safety from carbon monoxide poison.Enrique contacted Dave Watson to further assess the condition of our unit. Dave arrived in a short time and was also very friendly and well informative with regards to our options and costs.Overall, both Enrique and Dave were very professional, and their knowledge of their work and work performance left us feeling more positive about our situation in purchasing a new unit.

Herman's Plumbing returned my call promptly when they opened today. They had appointments available, and were able to come out today. Justice was awesome, and was able to quickly identify the problem.Update: Less than a year later the problem returned. Called 1-Tom-Plumbing to come out and fix the issue and they found a hole in the pipe that was missed during the initial remediation.

Best service. Water heater valve was leaking. Called them and they came out in less than an hr. Fixed the issue which needed a whole new valve within an hr. Great customer service with scheduler and technician.

I was completely stopped at a red light on the corner of 23rd and Air Depot this morning about 6:30am and watched an F150 with this company’s name on it ran through the light as cars are heading towards him. Not only unsafe but very unprofessional when you have the company’s name on your truck.
