Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

Jerry came out and started my water heater, same day and did not charge a service fee. This review is to Thank him for his service. he does plumbing and live locally in Moore i will have no hesitation calling him again if there is a plumbing job.

I was glad that I found a company who had a plumber who would come out on Saturday to install my new stove and vent hood. While there was some confusion over the installation fee, Tiffany was great at making it a win win situation for me and the company. I would highly recommend this company for its services. Be sure to ask for Tiffany and give her honest feedback as she is working to build a proactive and efficient plumbing and hvac company.

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional and timely. The work was top-notch, and they explained everything to me so there were no surprises. It is hard to find a fair-priced and honest company in these industries, so I am very happy to have found such a great company. Call these guys for your next HVAC and Plumbing problems. My family has used Rucker Mechanical for years. Hot water tanks, HVAC systems, clogged lines, laundry hookups, electrical repair, virtually every service they offer, we have used, and ALWAYS with great results! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The even helped out when our house was struck by lightning- fast, courteous, and very very helpful!!

Ray came out and gave me an estimate on water heater replacement. He returned two days later with an associate and installed at the price quoted.

Watched a Gofourth plumbing truck cut off a truck carrying flammable liquid on 10th street, swerving to miss a car pulling into the Valero on 10th st while weaving in and out until sooner rd. Horrible!

Hot water tank went out they call and says well we can come out tomorrow but we can’t change our youre tank we need to do diagnostics and look at the if it’s up to code!!! Seriously??? The bottom rusted out not much to diagnose and my house isn’t from the 1920s my stuff is up to code DUH!!!!

I was completely stopped at a red light on the corner of 23rd and Air Depot this morning about 6:30am and watched an F150 with this company’s name on it ran through the light as cars are heading towards him. Not only unsafe but very unprofessional when you have the company’s name on your truck.
