His rates were very reasonable, and he was able to meet my time line for the project. His team showed up on time, performed the work required, and displayed the highest standards in professionalism. Our AC upstairs stopped working last night. We have family from France arriving for a visit this week, and I was desperate to get it working. Our wonderful realtor, Matt Berry, recommended Terry's American. One phone call and we were on the schedule same day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part installed. Jay went above and beyond, catching a failing part in the downstairs unit, as well. We will definitely be calling this company again.

Scheduled an appointment for someone to come by re: insulation for my trailer. ( Under the trailer) I called them! Then it was told to me that they don't insulate trailers... Why didn't they just tell me! OR,,,, call for the cancellation!? Big butt heads!!! 😃

Probably not my least favorite experience, but close. I haven't received my card...over a month later. Almost no one knew how to charge it. I spent 45 minutes trying to pay.... finally paid with alternative method....needed help loading. Was given attitude. When I got my drywall home, the corners and edges were crumbling...yay! I paid full price for hot garbage that was concealed by the packing. So disappointed.

The bright note was the very cheerful and helpful staff at the rental counter and the customer service gal who finally fixed credit card charge. Next time I will shop ANYWHERE else.

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

May be good at what they do but not at driving. Block the fast lane where nobody can get around them while talking on the phone and texting while driving.

They replaced my furnace an air conditioner last year. Full upgrade, much more efficient. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Love shopping at home depot

I work for a low-voltage security company and I was working at a job site called Nashbird’s. The jobsite required more than just myself but with how busy the company is I was Sent out to start it unfortunately by myself. one of the journeyman’s or apprentice by the name of Lane I believe he’s last name started with a C.. noticed I was struggling pulling the wires around a few corners and noticed I was getting frustrated and he offered to help but I noticed the Electricians we’re headed to lunch so I said no thank you but he said he was waiting for another Co worker anyways so he pulled up a ladder and help me with the longest and last wire run which took about 10-15 min of help he didn’t have to do. So it was just cool to see that there is still company’s that have genuine guys that are willing to help out other trades.

I have talked to a few local carpet stores and have been less than impressed. Just talked to Todd in carpeting here at Home Depot and he was so helpful answering all my questions. I will probably be back to use their services be cause of Todd's great customer service.
