Customer service was great I was in need of service and they got a service tech out to me in less than an hour after my call.

Service was provided thru Choice Home Warranty on a rental property I have. They were very professional and responsive to the problem. But I don't necessarily agree with their solution to replace the filters every month. I previously only replaced the filters every 6-12 months and the unit worked fine. The renter at the time had 2-3 cats which would add to the clogged filters.
At least it is working after they left, will have to monitor how long it lasts.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional and timely. The work was top-notch, and they explained everything to me so there were no surprises. It is hard to find a fair-priced and honest company in these industries, so I am very happy to have found such a great company. Call these guys for your next HVAC and Plumbing problems. I've hired Rucker for a few things, two of which are replacing a breaker box and finding and repairing a gas leak. Each time, the people from Rucker have been professional, on time, friendly, and have done an excellent job.

They are always responsive and their pricing is fair.

Sasquatch plumbing gave me multiple options for repair. I had a burst pipe under my living room floor leaking hot water. Instead of tearing up the floor they ran a Pex pipe through my old pipes. They had it fixed quickly and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be a return customer.

Did not perform a quality repair and it failed after 2 weeks. When contacted them to repair a second time they were argumentative and ultimately did not return to complete repair second time. Do not recommend them at all.

Would not recommend this company what so ever. We hired them to replace sewer line which we were told would take one day. On the day that they arrived they decided to tear down our back fence without notification to me or my landlord. Then proceed to dig the trench in our yard. They then left their backhoe in our yard for 8 days without any updates about when they would finish without me first reaching out to them each time. They then finished the job 8 days after their initial start date (mind you this was suppose to be a one day job). They did not properly fill in the trench and left a giant mound of dirt in my yard. They left the fence that they tore down in my yard after the job was finished and are now informing me that they are not responsible for fixing the fence or replacing it. Terrible company and service. Would not recommend to anyone

To Whom it may concern,I have been a Gordon's Experts customer for over 13 years and I have never had an unpleasant experience with any the Gordon's Service Techs. Each and everyone has been very professional and courteous. My service tech today was a young man named Julio Rios. He fully explained the maintenance done as well as possible problems that I might have in the future with a unit that is 13 years old. He also offered some additional service that could be done at a real fair price and explained the need of a quality carbon monoxide detector called the Defender. In closing I would like to thank Julio and Gordon's for a job well done.Steve McCollom

Used Herman's to have my new dishwasher professionally installed. They come out the first time to give me an estimate and that only took a few minutes. Then came back after my 10 day power outage to do the actual install. The time it took and the cost were exactly what was quoted. No games, no surprises, just good work at a descent price.

As part of the process of buying a new heating and air conditioning system, we got multiple estimates. Aaron was very professional and accommodated all my requirements with multiple estimates.

Hot water tank went out they call and says well we can come out tomorrow but we can’t change our youre tank we need to do diagnostics and look at the if it’s up to code!!! Seriously??? The bottom rusted out not much to diagnose and my house isn’t from the 1920s my stuff is up to code DUH!!!!

I was completely stopped at a red light on the corner of 23rd and Air Depot this morning about 6:30am and watched an F150 with this company’s name on it ran through the light as cars are heading towards him. Not only unsafe but very unprofessional when you have the company’s name on your truck.
