We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

I have been using Hulls for years and have had nothing but the best experiences with the techs. Hulls will show up when they say they will. I have had so many vendors lately just not even show up for a bid. That’s nuts!!!! I give Hulls a 15 star rating!!!

I have had Rucker out multiple times to my home. The office staff is helpful and the techs are professional and always on time and courteous! They are honest and fair and I feel like they really take the time to figure out what’s going on before trying to sell me things I don’t need. Would definitely recommend!

Quotes are not free if the tech calls on his way and informs you that it’ll be $160 for him to show up to replace 2 washers....without ever viewing the issue. I would like a new spigot but that was only offered as a solution for $250 after I paid $160. Bonus for having a nice answering service but calling you seemed like a waste of money.

Felipe reinstalled the garbage disposal. It had come loose and was leaking. And he repaired the faucet. Which he tightened. Really liked him. Besides fixed the issues, he was very friendly. If I ever need pluming work I will insist on him being the person that is sent out!!

Our water heater kicked the bucket last night, and this morning (just before 8) I left messages and contacted a few plumbing companies. I texted Jean’s Plumbing (per the voicemail note) and she had someone at my house 30 minutes after I messaged her. Less than 2 hours later (and $1520) I have a new hot water heater and literally no one else has even called me back HOURS later. The plumbers themselves were polite, informative, and extremely helpful. I am saving their contact information for the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Shortest “premium” tune up I have every received on a Cooling System. Technician arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment without notification. Asked if I regularly change my filters, took 2-minutes to look at the air handler in the attic and went to to condenser. Came back 2-minutes later indicating it was 1lb short of Freon .... wanted $180 ... R-22 cost $10 / lb for them to buy. Told him I would pass on that price. He hosed off the unit and was finished, never entered the house (assuming that is their policy) and I was $100 lighter.

Wonderful customer service. These folks have done my HVAC system tune up's for years, also installed a new furnace several years ago. Additionally i have had a several odds and ends work done by technicians over the years. Great people and prompt service!
