Best Heating System Maintenance in Oklahoma City OK

Our AC upstairs stopped working last night. We have family from France arriving for a visit this week, and I was desperate to get it working. Our wonderful realtor, Matt Berry, recommended Terry's American. One phone call and we were on the schedule same day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part installed. Jay went above and beyond, catching a failing part in the downstairs unit, as well. We will definitely be calling this company again.

Excellent company to work with, from heating and air conditioning to plumbing we have never had a problem with them. We just had them install a new American Standard heating air conditioning system including a new digital thermostat designed for the system. Learning how to use the digital thermostat was a little challenging and was never a problem with them sending out a technician to retract us..

We purchased a service agreement where a technician would come out twice a year to check out the system. Technicians they send out are polite and knowledgeable. Keep up the excellent work.

One of their off a van full of children for no reason- we were padding the car on the right, and he was tailgating, swerving in and out of his lane as though he was going to hit us. Rude.

Wow, it is rare in today's day and age to find exceptional quality work let alone customer service and top notch care. I had planned on having 2 outlets brought up to code unfortunately I have had nothing but headaches buying a 1941 home and this issue while beyond repair due to electrical code and compliance issues with the home I need a Ton more work than I expected. Just not able to do right now due to other insurance claims, costs, etc. Needless to say while they were not able to do the work the owner said they would not charge me which I agreed to pay and had no problem paying, they waived the service call fee after the technician was here for over an hour and a half. Needless to say they have earned a life time customer in the future and anyone else I will highly recommend them to as well. Thank you so much for your wonderful service honesty and your caring attitude to go the extra mile for your clients.
