We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Does very reasonable price work! Does work whenever you need it. Has a quick service guy! Would recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC OR PLUMBING WORK!

Had leak in wall behind water heater. Replaced about a 4” piece of pipe. Moved water heater to get to it, then ended up cutting hole in bedroom wall to fix it. Glad it is fixed. 3 hours work cost $1,800! Seems pretty EXPENSIVE! Who else makes $600/hour?

I heard about Jean's through a relative who had nothing but good to say about their work. I hired them to take a look at several plumbing issues at my grandmother's house, which was built in the 1940's. The plumbers from Jean's fixed both issues (which I would categorize as fairly major) for $230. When we mailed payment to them, we accidentally and unknowingly sent them a check for $250, and they then sent us back a check for the $20.

I won't ever call anyone else for plumbing work in OKC. That kind of service and integrity, combined with their very reasonable prices, is world class.

I have Have used Herman's a number of times and am usually very satisfied. Nothing was accomplished with today's service call.

Our air went out about a month ago and our house was at 87 even through the night. We called Triple Play on a Thurs evening. They installed a new unit the next day. From the minute you call until they drive away you feel like they are family. Everyone is very nice.

Friday morning shower, before a holiday weekend, started with water backing up! When I get out of the shower I see both my tubs with nasty water, and I can't use my toilet either. The first plumber my home warranty calls can't respond till Monday...doesn't work for me...so they contact Ever-Ready. John was at my house within 2 hours, and all was fixed before 5pm. Dispatch was extremly empathetic and kind. John even took off his boots, so not to muddy my home...great customer service, professional repair...Ever-Ready!
