Replaced our water heater quickly at a good price. Work was professional and the team was very courteous throughout. Explained some of the process to help prevent future problems. When I had a question after hours they responded promptly as well. Highly recommend!

Top Notch Business!
I had an appointment for Mr. McGee to come perform a smoke test to find the cause of a foul odor. It snowed that morning. Robbie called me and said he couldn't do the test as the snow made it unsafe to climb on the roof, but he would like to come anyways to see if he could find an obvious problem.
Sure enough, he identified a handful of probable issues and said he could fix those if I wanted and scheduled to come back to perform the smoke test.
I went ahead and fixed the issues he found to see if it fixed the smell. Sure enough! When I called to cancel my appointment and see what I owed him for his trip, he said nothing. WOW. What character does that show? Not only did he drive out in the snow and correctly identify the problems, he gave full disclosure on items found and didn't try to up-sale me on work or unnecessary items.
Mr. McGee is the ONLY plumber I will use from now on!

Mike from Lakeshore did a huge plumbing job for me in my former house, having to fix a leak under a concrete slab. He was always on time, professional and very reasonably priced. He also did not leave a mess. Now in my new home, he has adjusted some settings on the fixtures in the guest bath. I could not recommend Lakeshore more highly!

They also put a main water shut off valve in my house. They were professional, and friendly. They explained what they were doing and showed me how to unclog a bathroom drain. They noticed my outdoor faucet was leaking. They pay attention to detail and were pleasant to have in my house. I will call them from now on.

I had my home converted from propane to natural gas in June 2013.
Joe and Jake (his helper) did a superb job from start to finish.
Joe was very informative and explained everything down to the final step.
Work included cap off gas lines for pressure test to be inspected by the city, installed a new hot water tank and got everything ready for ONG.
I didn't do a lot of pricing around because my first visit with him was enough to tell me he knew how to do the job right. AND the cost wasn't as high as I thought it might be.

My project was large and not your usual drain unclog. I was confident they knew exactly what to do. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. I really liked the way Larry explained everything. Installed a gas line in our kitchen so that we can replace the electric cooktop. Very friendly guys, efficient service and quality work! Would definitely recommend!

Joe came to fix our garbage disposal. It leaked two times after he fixed it, and he said he was busy with other things, tired, overworked, etc... He overcharged us, and when we asked him about it, he said (he was tired and this just happened and he will write us back a check with the difference). Joe stopped answering our phone calls, and blocked our phone numbers. He owe us at least $250.00. He ran away with it, claiming he is always in church. Not sure people who go to church do this. Never ever again. Zero stars. Don't waste your time. If he has the guts to say otherwise, he can at least answer our phone calls.

We had Red Plains Plumbing come out and fix a leak under our foundation. Kasi was very responsive tocome out quickly to assess the situation, and Dakota and his team were incredibly professional while making the repair. Very pleased with their service and the overall effort to get our water fixed ASAP! Would highly recommend.
