There are two types of plumbers. Cheap ones that do crappy work and competitively priced ones that know what they are doing and do it right. I used Lakeshore on my personal home twice and the work was right and so was the price. If you want a cheap plumber that doesn't care one bit about your investment Lakeshore is not for you. If u want it done right by a professional then use Lakeshore. Don't trust you're biggest investment to someone that just lusts for your money. Use Lakeshore who wants to improve the value of your biggest investment with you. We consider ourselves blessed to have found a decent human who happens to be a plumber too. Give them a call and flush your worries down the drain

Called them over the weekend for a leak. They came out and because he didn’t have adequate parts for the job did a temporary fix and rescheduled for Wednesday morning. Sat at home all morning waiting and nobody called or showed. Complete disregard for others time.

Readers Digest version of my saga is a defunct garbage disposal and (I imagined), a broken water heater on a Friday of course! Called Blue Planet & was contacted soon by Frank who made arrangements to complete the job he was working and come to my home to assess my dilemma. Frank was professional, friendly and most knowledgeable! He restarted the water heater and replaced the garbage disposal, checked for leaks and left the area spotless. I’ve got him on speed dial for any future projects. Call them if you want a job well done for a reasonable price.

Craig is extremely professional and competitively priced for running a water line to a refrigerator in a historic home! He was on time and under budget! He even meticulously swept up after he was finished! Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs!
