Used VIP Plumbing and Junior and Zack came out to the office and replaced the hot water heater and washer valves. They were very professional and gave me a quote before. I didn't pay anymore than I was quoted. They cleaned the area after they left. Cliff visited and we spoke about the care and service received from the team. Very pleased with the service and care received from the team. Gerry and Junior came out to the house and installed a Halo whole house filtration system. The care received was professional and they didn't leave until the job was completed and I was satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend their services again.

Came in less than an hour after my call on a Friday afternoon and had my toilet repaired in an hour. The price seemed fair and Robert did what he could to save me money. He was willing to talk to me about other options to repair instead of patch everything at a later date. Very polite and did not waste time. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I have.

I have been using Hulls for years and have had nothing but the best experiences with the techs. Hulls will show up when they say they will. I have had so many vendors lately just not even show up for a bid. That’s nuts!!!! I give Hulls a 15 star rating!!!

I have used on 3-4 different occasions over the years. I am happy with the results Every time. I find that Steve,Skylar and Robert are always professional,courteous and friendly. I'm glad I use them as they are a family owned and operated. If you need some good work done I would definitely call this company!

Toilets stopped flushing and my shower was still holding full of water/sewer. I called a few places but since this happened at night I was not very hopeful I could get somebody out. I was relieved when I called and they had plumbers on duty! They cleared my problem out quickly and made some recommendations as to how to prevent it from happening again. These guys are my new plumbers!

Sasquatch did an amazing job installing a new bath tub & faucet. Also ran all new plumbing needed to facilitate the look I wanted. This is not the first time I’ve used Tate’s services, and again he did a beautiful job! He even built the teak platform for me.Thorough and dependable, I will certainly use again!

i like the quality of the work and the professionalism of their plumbers. However I use them on a regular basis at the properties I manage and they are becoming a little slow on invoicing me and it puts me behind on my work. Other than that the prices are fair and they know what they are doing.

Our tech was very thorough, explained what we may be looking at down the line. Professional but friendly, and did a great job. We feel we've chosen the right company for our heating and plumbing needs.

Joe came over after he first company we called failed to do the job correctly. Within 20 minutes he had our drains cleared and we were up and running again. He also fixed the water level and flapper inside the toilet. He was fast, efficient and most certainly knew exactly what he was doing. Should we need any plumbing work done in the future we will not hesitate to call Joe and a Perfect Fit LLC, job well done!

We live in a house with constant plumbing issues. Mr. Rooter OKC was recommended by another plumber that we had called that couldn't make it out. We've never looked back. They are very helpful and affordable. We've used them multiple times, and I've always been completely satisfied with their services. They are upfront and honest about problems/pricing and have been very kind about not charging us when they came out and could not fix the issue (we needed to contact a leak detection company before they could fix the issue). I will continue to use them as long as needed. They really are great.

I was just charged me $1233.00 per hour for gas line repair. Two men and 2 shovels. If you are in a bind and they can gouge you, they will. Keep scrolling find another plumber that won't charge $1233.00 per hour. They gave me an estimate range depending on how hard the digging was. Easy digging (shovel, no equipment) and they charged the top of the range. Don't make my mistake, calling them will cost you.

Fast, friendly and fairly priced. They came out after another l had company left and never called/came back, repaired fast! Recommended to everyone.

I had previously rated this company fairly high because they are responsive, but unfortunately they have gone down hill since I last used them. I notified the reception that I was calling for a tennant of ours and that we wanted to have a quote for the repair. I was told that they would come to review for free and that they would provide a quoteand I would have 30 days to make a decision to use the repair. That no repair would be made without my approval - and that they would need to contact me for said authorization.

Instead, the owner came, worked on the project without asking anyone for authorization and then demanded the tennant to pay them or they would not leave the property. This is borderline scam. They did business without approval. Fortunately the tennant was able to get a hold of me so I could make the payment - but this was a hard situtaion to put someone in.

I then filed a complaint with the company, and was told via message from the owner that 'they judged me before I even got there.' Which is an odd statement to make since there is no way they would have met him before he got there and just shows the unprofessional level to blame someone else when they did repairs that were not approved. I have not had any follow up from the owner to address my complaint and I feel that they are likely satisified with continuing their scam of 'free' esitmate.

Avoid them at all cost.
