I called and The Lady that answers the phone was really nice and She informed me that the plumbers would be at my house in about an hour. I was really impressed with how quickly the plumbers got my house's sewer flowing! 5 stars!

We had the pleasure of working with Champion Plumbing recently to replace our natural gas lines, and we must say that their service was top-notch. William Field, the plumber who led the project, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the entire process to us in detail. He was also very respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after the job was done.

William and his team were able to complete the job in a timely manner, and they did so with great precision and attention to detail. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left, and they even tested the lines to ensure that there were no leaks.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service that Champion Plumbing provided, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. I have a tri-fuel portable generator and a capped natural gas line by my patio. I wanted a temporary connection to connect the generator to natural gas during power loss. I had Brandon Plumbing come out and look at it to install then they stopped talking to me. I called several times and finally got the technician who came out and told me that they were concerned about the liability relating to it. But if I purchased the hose for the gas, they could do it. (I got the impression they thought I wanted a permanent hookup that ran across my patio). I bought the part and started calling again and after 3 calls stopped trying.

I have used them in the past and they did a good job for me, so I was a repeat customer.

I would not have minded if they told me they did not do what I wanted done, but the ghosting me thing from a business was just weird. This happened in spring 2022 and I am writing this review as I need a plumber again for a different problem. Clearly I will not go with Brandon's Plumbing again, but I thought I should write a review from the Spring.

I have used Heartland plumbing for many years. The professionalism and quality of repair is the best I have seen. The reason I am finally making a review is their up most honest. I had a leak from the big freeze recently and they were able to repair it the next day. A few days later I noticed a puddle on the opposite side of my house. I thought it was a additional leak after the pipes thawed out. They came out and identified it as a coupler that came loose and repaired it at no charge. They could have easily told me it was another pipe and I would not had any idea. This is why I will use them again and again.

We have lived at our current residence for more than thirty years. In almost all of that time we have used Plumb Crazy Plumbing for everything from a leaky pipe, to installing a new hot water heater, to fixing sink drains, and repairing leaking toilets. We have always been happy with the work they have done for us. They are always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. We have never had a problem with anything they have fixed. We will continue to use them for all our future plumbing work.Recently we wanted a new taller toilet installed in our guest bath. Called Plumb Crazy and scheduled them to come out Monday. Casey did the whole job in less than a couple of hours, and that includes having to replace the old flange that fell apart when he pulled the old toilet. He did an excellent job, and the new toilet looks fantastic. He was fast and friendly too. We will always call Plumb Crazy first for any of our plumbing needs.

For some reason the review I left 3 years ago doesn't appear, so I'm reviewing again. I wanted a gas line extended for a gas stove, since I was switching from electric (yuck!) to gas cook stove (yay!). Since I was new to town and didn't know any plumbers, I started going through the plumber listings in OKC. Nearly all the ones I called agreed to come do the job UNTIL I specified that I wanted the job done under permit with inspection upon completion. All of them hung up on me except for Affordable! It turns out that simply adding a branch to the existing gas line would cause gas starvation to other appliances such as water heater and furnace, which is dangerous. The Affordable owner was the only one capable of and willing to do the gas demand calculations and get the supply circuit sized correctly. The crew did great work, then the OWNER of the company personally came out, crawled under the house and inspected it, then invited me to come under and look at it with him (I did). Then the city inspector came out and looked everything over and approved it on the spot. Now I'm cooking with gas done right! Thanks Affordable! //ss Evan in Warr Acres.
