Tony Conteras is the in-house expert on these systems for AN, and he recommended exactly what we needed. He provided instant support, guidance, and pricing, and managed the entire project professionally, with great attention to detail, and there were no surprises. The install is very clean and professional. Even when the tankless water heater that was delivered had a minor damage in transport Tony procured new equipment the same day and within days we had a very solid upgrade to the old heating and water heater system inching all the old valves, pumps, thermostats which were outdated. We are extremely pleased with the new system and I highly recommend Tony for any complicated installations and if you value quality and professional service. We have had many plumbers over the years, and are most impressed with this firm.

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

I'm the owner of cleanhonestrestoraition we did a sewage clean up job from a broken pipe in the crawlspace of a home recently and we were very impressed to find they had already fixed the pipe . most of the time the plumber will not do the repair until the area has been cleaned by a restoration company like ours great work !

Plumber arrived on time. I told him what I needed done. Just power wash my clogged sewer lines using a power washer. I've had this service done a few times in the past 6 years by other plumbing companies. The JC Green plumber said that he was going to use a snake to unclog my line instead. I told him not to use a snake because it wouldn't work. He blew off my request anyway.
He started using the snake @10 AM, getting poor results so he continued to use it anyway, even though the sewage line was still not uncloged. About 10:45AM, he gives up using the snake and starts using the power washer like I requested. The JC Green Plumber could have finished the job in 15 minutes if he would've listened to me.
So, @ 11:15Am the job is complete but not without him charging me $650.00!
I will never use JC Green plumbing again! A hard, expensive lesson to learn.
I just hope their plumbers realize that the customer is always right.

The service man did a Sewer Lateral check on a home in a real estate contract. Very fast and efficient and informative. He was done in less than an hour.
