I used a local community website to get recommendations for someone to fix my leaking toilet, and wrote down several names in no particular order of preference. After calling one business whose recorded message stated that they would try to get back to me in a couple of days (still have not heard from them), I called Jorge. He got back to me promptly, and gave me a date and time range from 12-2. To my utter surprise and delight, he called on the scheduled day to say they would be there around 1:15 and that Ivan would do a preliminary assessment.

Ivan was right on time, and was very thorough about ensuring where the leak was coming from so that I would not waste money.

Jorge and his crew, worked efficiently and were respectful of keeping my bathroom clean (removing a toilet is a messy job).

I could not be happier with how this job was handled from start to finish.

I've used Alligator Plumbing 4 times now and every time they've done a great job. The price they quote is the price you pay. They don't give you a 4 hour window, they say we'll be there at 9 and then call when they're on their way. One time they were going to be early and called to be sure it was ok to start a bit earlier. Highly recommend.

After plumber left I had to keep tightening the cold water stem.When the problem got to the point where tightening did not stop the drip, I called Larratt Bros. to fix it. They refused. I have used many rooter services in the past as my home tends to need regular snaking. Many of these other services just want to do the bare minimum... not snaking far enough to fully clear the blockage or just not putting enough elbow grease behind the snake to clear a tough blockage. Jorge is different. He is very knowledgeable as to what could be causing the blockage and takes his time to clear the blockage properly. I highly recommend!
