Great service, Jason was fantastic and professional. He took the time to make sure the job was done right. Breath of fresh air compared to my other experiences with plumbers. Truly a step above the rest.

They replaced the connection from my house to the mainline sewer. They came on time and did the work in record time. Worksite left in perfect condition. Work seems fine, but haven't really had time to test it out. They are not inexpensive, but they sure know their stuff and get it done!

I had him to replace water pressure regulator, and install a thermal expansion tank. Also I asked him to install a new water monitoring device (Phyn Plus). David paid his attention to every details. He wanted to make sure that his job was done correctly at the first time! His attitude towards his work was great. I’m very happy about his work! Also he is very neat. I've used Alligator Plumbing 4 times now and every time they've done a great job. The price they quote is the price you pay. They don't give you a 4 hour window, they say we'll be there at 9 and then call when they're on their way. One time they were going to be early and called to be sure it was ok to start a bit earlier. Highly recommend.
