Ray and his son saved our life today. We had a sewer back up. We tried unclog our toilet which backed up to our tub. It was so disgusting, after many failed attempts we decided to give in and call a plumber. I called Ray and he answered quickly and knew exactly what the problem was after a brief explanation. He said text me your address and came within 15 minutes. He was professional and his young apprentice quickly fixed my problem and cleaned up too. His prices are very reasonable(even on a Sunday night) and I will work with him again. I would really recommend him too anyone. Fast, affordable and professional.

I had my almost 100 year old drain pipe from my bathroom sink fail. Ray showed up & assessed that the tub drain was also shot. He showed me & I'm glad he did- it would have failed soon. Glad to get them both replaced at the same time instead of having a 2nd watery mess in the garage. He replaced them quite quickly - Ray is very efficient. Will definitely use again.

This man is a gem. Yesterday, was my sister’s wedding. I had flown in from the east coast and first thing in the morning, just hours before the wedding, my elderly mother’s toilets were leaking from the seal underneath. I called around to try to find someone to come out right away and Ray was literally the only person who agreed to come right out. He was there right away and was patient with all my questions, asking him to explain what might have happened and what he needed to do to fix it. We thought it was one problem and it was another problem altogether. He was thorough and kind and charged us less than anyone else would have in the area. I cannot give him high enough accolades. He had both toilets pulled and had cleared the blockage…and then resealed both with a fresh wax seal in less than hour. Hire this man. 🙏🏼

Called Ray today 8/20/18 because my sink and washer machine was over flowing with water because I thought I could dispose pasta in the garbage disposal, but I guess I was wrong :/

He asked what the problem was and I made him aware and he said he would be out today to fix it. Showed up about 2-3 hours after I called, he explained to me what he was going to do and took care of my issue in less than 30 minutes.

Very professional and courteous, I will definite use him again in the future.

This plumbing company is awesome. My aunt had gotten a notice from the city to replace an exterior pipe. Ray's Service One Plumbing......their customer service is NUMBER ONE!! They were speedy and compassionate with my elderly aunt, they didn't try to take advantage of her. I will be using their service for all of my future plumbing needs and recommending them to all my friends.

Ray was absolutely great to work with. He put in a 2nd gas line and a hose bibb install. He is very quick to respond and get the work done. He's communicative and does great work. His prices are also extremely reasonable. I will be using Ray more often and would definitely recommend him to others in the East Bay.

Ray is truly awesome. He has saved us multiple times now! He is very responsive and that has made all the difference for us when it's our one toilet that has broken, or when the handle for the kitchen faucet came off in my husband's hand yesterday...
Ray's skill is immediately apparent, if he fixes something, it stays fixed! He is also really efficient; I would guess he and Cory (who was also great and friendly) were in my house for maybe 30 minutes and replaced an entire faucet AND fixed a clogged drain in that time.
On top of that, Ray is a good communicator and respectful to our home - always automatically puts on shoe covers, cleans up any debris etc. Thank you, thank you, Ray, for your quick response time and your expertise. Would not hesitate to reach out to him for any plumbing woes and will recommend him to anyone!
