When our sink backed up we called 2 or 3 different companies for emergency service, but Mr. Rooter seemed the most reasonably priced and highly regarded, so we went with them. The woman on the phone dispatched an employee and we got a call from Chris a few minutes later to confirm. He showed up and the first thing we noticed was how friendly he was. He then assessed the problem and began to explain in detail what he would be doing to remedy the issue. He was done with the job within an hour, and even went as far as explaining his work to our inquisitive 2-year-old daughter. Afterward, he gladly cleaned up the mess that ensued, going above and beyond to wipe down the kitchen floor & surrounding cabinets with cleaning product for our safety. The best part was that the amount due when the job was done was even less than the estimate he gave us over the phone. Every experience I’ve had with other plumbing companies prior has been less pleasant as a result of overcharging, and less-than-exemplary employees. Mr. Rooter was a refreshing exception to the norm.

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.

Have been using Larratt Brothers since 2017 and cannot say enough positive things about the company and their employees. Recently had bathroom faucets replaced which I purchased at Home Depot.After installation, one faucet kept leaking. Larratt Brothers went out of their way to get to the root of the problem and diagnosed a defective faucet. Aaron and Aaron B. were excellent. Highly recommend Larratt for all of my plumbing issues.

After dealing with three other drainage companies, Underground Rooter was the only one that followed through. Augusto, the owner answered my initial call, scheduled a free estimate and arrived right on time. I'm so glad I paid extra for him to use his camera to look at our drainage system. He paitently educated us about our system via video, which helped tremendously since we discovered the issue was an easy fix! I wish more contractors had this type of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency as Underground Rooter does.

Used a unlicensed handyman to clear a drain for us, two weeks later the drain is still clogged and the handyman’s response is… use Draino. Lesson learned, use a professional company like Discount Plumbing and Rooter who will do the job right and guarantee their work. Brian G was great through out the process and worked with me to make my remote payment as seamless as possible. Appreciate it guys, will be a returning customer.

Jorge Rojas was friendly, efficient, and did s great job fixing our garbage disposal, all while we were stuck in meetings working at home. Zero disruption and excellent work.

I stopped off the 5 Freeway in Bakersfield to get gas and use the restroom after coming south from Monterey heading home to Newport Beach and my rental car keys accidentally fell into the toilet and it happened to be an auto-flush type toilet and down they went! Yea, worst nightmare possible on a road trip in a rental car with all my luggage inside including my handbag.
After an hour on the phone with Avis roadside assistance getting nowhere a call was made to America’s Best (it was now after 6PM so I was just hoping that someone would still be open and available to come out to the Chevron and rescue me). Elly was so sweet and said she’d send someone right away and Chad arrived less than an hour later.
He immediately got to work and assured me he was always the “MacGyver” type able to figure a way, anyway to get the job done! I immediately felt calmer when he arrived (and he’s easy on the eyes, the opposite of what a “normal plumber” looks like lol) He turned off the water and removed the toilet and fed his camera down and there my keys were on the screen!! Now he had to figure out a way to get them out... he got a strong magnet from the gas station attendant and duct taped it to the end of his camera and fished them out!!!! SUCCESS!!

The owner of this company did a job for him on a shower glass for his house valued at $ 2000, the guy wanted to go smart and only paid me $ 1000, he kept the rest of the money and kept the glass, he didn't want to pay the other money inventing that he did not like glass and it was what he asked I wanted to fix the problem in several ways and there was no solution The scoundrel wanted to keep my money and the glass without paying
