Ruben was clean, honest and knowledgeable. He fixed all of our issues and did a great job. We had a sink that wasn’t draining, one that was missing a stopper, one that wouldn’t get hot water and a garbage disposal that started making crazy sounds. Ruben did everything and also, (upon our on-site request was able to get approval for) caulk our backsplash which had never been done properly. I recommend this company completely.

There are many things I like about BB Plumbing. 1) The technician, Ruben, came in with shoe coverings. I have light carpet and appreciate the respect of my home. 2) Ruben not only fixed the problem quickly, but also demonstrated the fix instead of just leaving and saying it's done. 3) BB Plumbing rewards it's employees for happy customers by asking for feedback. They provided a card with QR code for review but the website didn't load so I was unable to do it, so I am leaving the review here. 4) Ruben spent time cleaning my bathroom after the work for the areas he was working. I think those areas are cleaner after he left :)

We had an unexpected and urgent issue with our bathtub faucet today and were that relieved Big Brother Plumbing was able to accommodate a short-notice request. They were able to dispatch someone within the hour.
Jorge Rojas did an outstanding job fixing the problem. He arrived at the beginning of the promised time window and was done in under an hour. He was friendly and professional. We’d gladly request him for services in the future.

They were also able to handle billing directly with our landlord which made the process easier and less painful.

I was very pleased with Jorge Rojas how he presented himself Jorge came to fix my toilet, because apparently it was overflowing it wasn’t flushing nothing down then it was coming out of the tub as well and my sink was leaking one of the pipes. He did three things. I am very pleased. Very good job, and he does clean after himself.

Ruben was professional and very helpful. He explained the issues, figured out what was wrong, and set up follow ups to fix the problems he couldn’t fix today.

My technician today was Ruben, came in with all the tools he'd need. Covers on his boots to not track anything in, we've been having trouble with our toilet constantly clogging. He made sure everything was in working order, once he was done my wife witnessed him disinfecting the bathroom floor.

We have used Big Brother several times for repairs in our apartment building in Oakland. The plumbing is old so things can be questionable when trying to figure out issues. Big Brother has been able to do both large and small jobs for use. All their plumbers are very polite, respectful, conscientious, communicate well and good at what they do. A shoutout to both Angel and Jorge who have been really wonderful. We’re very happy to have this company in our back pocket.

Jesus did an excellent job of fixing my garbage disposal--he was very careful about keeping the areas surrounding his workspace clean and even wore shoe coverings to avoid dirtying the carpet. He worked quickly, and was thorough in troubleshooting and explaining the problems with the disposal.

of all the days of the week to leak/clog/break, my toilet chose the one day most of us like to rest--Sunday. Fortunately, I have been seeing their trucks all over Alameda, so they were my first call. Not only did they respond promptly to my web inquiry, they answered the phone when I called...on a Sunday. Ruben and his assistant was sent out and I couldn't have asked for a better crew. They were courteous, professional and quick. They will be first call if there is a next time. Highly recommended.

Les comparto una experiencia, dónde los actores fueron el señor Rubén y Juan, un par de personas amables, atentos y responsables, quienes en tres días, para solucionaron un problema en mi casa, les cuento, mi casa tuvo un vote de agua debajo de la casa, aproximadamente por cuatro meses, y nadie lo quería arreglar, esta empresa, Big Brothers envío a estos dos trabajadores, que llegaron, observaron todo lo había que hacer, sacaron su equipo de trabajo, trajes, mascarillas, lentes, etc, y se metieron debajo de la casa, ví las fotos y videos que ellos tomaron y prácticamente era una laguna debajo de mi casa, luego vi cómo empezaron a sacar lodo, agua, raíces de los árboles, y cambiaron tuberías rotas, cambiaron el toiler, se fueron y dejaron ventiladores, para que secaran y sacarán el mal olor,ya el tercer día, fué de verificación, ya todo debajo de la casa, estaba seco y arreglado. Gracias a Rubén y a Jesús. Les doy un 💯, super recomendados.
