The service recently received at my house for copper replacement pipes was excellent. Rafael did a very good job and Tad is amazing. They were both very helpful, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure all was working well.

They charge $1400 for replacing a small exterior ABS standpipe! This is out of this world.. Got one in hardware store for 50$.

Gerald is great. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Makes good suggestions and diagnosis problems quickly.

Jorge was able to fix a tricky problem in short order, on the same day I called him. However, he first sent one of his associates, who could not fix it, and it took some squawking on my part to get Jorge himself to come.

2pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving... of course my kitchen drain stops up! Called, was told they were fully booked through the weekend. As I was on my 3rd other 'sorry, we are all booked up' call to other shops, the dispatch at JC Green calls back, saying they had cancellation-- they could be at my place in 10 min. Promptly 10min later, Christian shows up with the tools and a smile. Simple roto job done quickly, professionally, (under the sink looks better than it did before!) at a fair price. For their excellent customer service and competence and bailing me out of a big jam, 5 Stars.
