I am so glad that I called Big Blue. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. They explained exactly what to expect from the initial appointment. Augustin, the technician who helped us, exceeded my expectations with his patience and professionalism. It was a very hard job - a 100+ year storm drain system with no clear outlet - and he worked on it methodically and cheerfully explaining what he found every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the only company in San Francisco that does the job right in the first place . i hired discount plumbing because i was concerned about my drained clogged since rainy season will start soon . i notice my drain was filling with water they came yesterday fixed it and secure the drain so no dirt goes inside .Now I dont have to worry about THIS PROBLEM ANYMORE in future .

Ruben was clean, honest and knowledgeable. He fixed all of our issues and did a great job. We had a sink that wasn’t draining, one that was missing a stopper, one that wouldn’t get hot water and a garbage disposal that started making crazy sounds. Ruben did everything and also, (upon our on-site request was able to get approval for) caulk our backsplash which had never been done properly. I recommend this company completely.

One Source Plumbing & Rooter completed a very complex plumbing job for me in San Francisco. I met One Source at a critical time when my rental property need the main sewer line replaced. At the time, and the sewer had a mysterious foul order coming from an unknown source and it was not because of a backup.
One Source diagnosed and proposed a solution to the plumbing issues. They replaced the main sewer line and all adjacent old clay pipes which required requesting San Francisco City permits on short notice. This was a very complex job with many moving parts and One Source Plumbing managed the complexities of the plumbing job flawlessly.
Mosfa's communication skills are outstanding and he remains calm under pressure and offers timely solutions. For example, he sends daily updates with pictures so you are well informed on the progress of the job.

Horrible experience. Work took way longer than promised. Always two hours late. Did not bother putting plastic and left large amounts of dust everywhere so now my family and I have bad allergies. Left my water heater full of drywall dust and inoperable, I had to clean it for it to work properly. Hot and cold water pipes mixed up consistently. Left my showers all plugged up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I thought this plumbing company didn't have a good name. So, when a pipe broke upstairs, I wasn't sure if I should hire them. They fixed the problem very quickly and in a professional way. Their prices are not much higher than those of other companies, but they are worth it!

The owner of this company did a job for him on a shower glass for his house valued at $ 2000, the guy wanted to go smart and only paid me $ 1000, he kept the rest of the money and kept the glass, he didn't want to pay the other money inventing that he did not like glass and it was what he asked I wanted to fix the problem in several ways and there was no solution The scoundrel wanted to keep my money and the glass without paying
