Best Trenchless Sewer in Oakland CA

They did a great job on my sewer clog situation a few months ago.Not so great on furnace maintenance. The $154 quoted as the service fee was not the 'cost of service'. The $154 was for the tech walking through the door. The actual minimal tune-up service was going to be an additional $500+!!! And the tech was primarily interested in selling me a $1600 air purifier. I paid him for walking through the door and determining that my furnace needed only a minimal tune-up and sent him on his way. Going to find another contractor to do the work.Later: They are refunding the $154. I appreciate that. Need to be up front about costs though. And more service and less sales from the tech.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

The ETA was accurate. Uriel was very professional and took care of the issue promptly. He recommended a water extraction service to take care of the standing water. He explained everything as he went along, and even left some temporary measures in place until after the holiday when more permanent repairs can be done. A+ service.

I have hired the service of Underground Rooter and they have done an excellent job, they are economical and hardworking. If you need professional service, call them.

Had a really bad smell in our bathroom. Called these folks up and they were able to schedule someone to come out the very next day (not an emergency for us) at a time that worked for me. The plumber was timely and professional. Took a look at the problem and ended up removing the toilet and replacing the seals. The smell went away but came back a few days later. Called them back and they sent another plumber out again, at my convenience. Again, professional and timely. He took a look and re-caulked the toilet thinking maybe there was still some seal that needed to be sealed. No charge for that call, which I appreciated. He said to call them back if the smell persists and he'd come back with his supervisor who's been in the business much longer and may have more experience diagnosing and discovering the mystery smell. Hopefully I don't have to call them back, but I will happily do so if needed. They have been really great.

Zach arrived earlier than scheduled that day. What I thought was just a p trap issue, turned to be a nightmare to me. He tried to solve the issue, but turned out to be a worse problem.
The next day my home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, denied further work.

I was so impressed with his performance and due diligence, that I decided to pay out of my own pocket, to have them return.

Zach returned with Renaldo, and together fixed it quickly, saving me more hundreds of dollars, plus gave me a break dollarwise.
