Albert Nahman has been my go-to plumber for some years now. This time I weathered some annoying scheduling issues at first, but Diana, the office manager, sorted them out well. Today Jose and his assistant were prompt and thorough. They completed replacing one of the two main lines to my sewer. We did a test run. Not a leak to be found. And they left my basement and backyard as they found it. I highly recommend them.

Very expensive. $70 to say hello, the actual project (placing a washer) in the thousands of dollars. Other plumber offer the same for a portion of this cost.

We have been using Mr. Rooter for DECADES, for our business and our home. Our last problem was an irreparably broken water heater; Shayea, Will, and John worked on the installation of a new tankless unit. They are all extremely personable, considerate, knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, and diligent. It was an all-day installation, and there were some kinks in the system at the end, which they remediated promptly and cheerfully, facilitated by the lovely Diana, who answers the phone in Oakland. All three of the men are happy with the company and complimentary of the owners (and each other), which I think is important when choosing a company to work with. It is always a very comfortable and reassuring experience to work with Mr. Rooter.

Straightforward, professional, and fairly quick to get us in our schedule, Mauro's plumbing left us very satisfied. You might have to follow up an email with a phone call, as everybody in the bay seems a touch overworked these days, they will make sure things work for you. Very nice installers as well.

I'm the owner of cleanhonestrestoraition we did a sewage clean up job from a broken pipe in the crawlspace of a home recently and we were very impressed to find they had already fixed the pipe . most of the time the plumber will not do the repair until the area has been cleaned by a restoration company like ours great work !

This guy is truely a Jack of All Trades! I used him to mount my TV and again today to fix my toilet. My son likes to flush random things and he was able to fix it. I texted to which he quickly responded and was over within the hour! He is officially my GO TO GUY, seriously he does it all! I highly recommend and his prices are reasonable!

Responded to my sewer backup problem by working a long day to accomodate me. They arrived as promised at 10.30pm and quickly and efficiently unclogged the sewer line. They followed up a couple of days later by running a camera through the line to see what caused the clog. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
