I was impressed. I called Big Blue to setup an appointment for our bathroom and was able to get a next day appointment. When they arrived, Jamie and Enrique were professional & courteous, they showed care for the house & property. They helped out with an issue with our bath tub and were able to clearly explain the situation and give separate strategies to address the issues. Additionally I was able to ask them about 2 other possible projects in our house and they clearly explained what would be involved and then later supplied comprehensive estimates for when we wish to go forward. I'm quite happy with Big Blue Plumbing and their staff and would call on them again.

I'm the owner of cleanhonestrestoraition we did a sewage clean up job from a broken pipe in the crawlspace of a home recently and we were very impressed to find they had already fixed the pipe . most of the time the plumber will not do the repair until the area has been cleaned by a restoration company like ours great work !

We had a plumbing emergency with our shower on a Sunday morning, the worst time to reach a plumber! After making several futile calls, I called Larrett and left a message at their emergency number, as directed by their voicemail. To my surprise, I soon received a text message from Aaron, offering to come over! After I described the problem, he offered several options, including a DIY fix with support from their app. Aaron also offered to save me the Sunday overtime surcharge — working me into his busy schedule first thing Monday morning — which I gratefully accepted. So grateful I found this company. We needed someone to come repair our water heater because we had no hot water. Plumbing Heroes were quick to reply to my request when I needed it most. Ilana was super friendly and helpful in getting me scheduled ASAP. The technician arrived on time and they were very professional. With Covid-19 I was a little apprehensive about having someone coming in the house, but they followed all safety guidelines for covid-19 making me and my family feel safe. In my opinion, they are a trustworthy company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

tough job and Gordon (expert plumber) kicked ass. I've owned rentals for 35 years in North Oakland and Berkeley and I've used this company several times. no issues. Most likely the bad reviews come from weenies that have no clue how hard being a plumber really is.
