I contact them in the midnight and they responded me early in the morning before I wake up: ) I was be able to scheduled an appointment at noon the same day. And here comes Nathan! He arrived on time and quickly figure out what’s wrong with our water heater. He went to get a part in Walnut Creek and come back within an hour or so. It only took him less than 10min to get things done! Now we have hot water again, thanks god! Thank you Nathan! BTW I was able to use the couple and it saved me total $50!
