Best Sewer Line Repair in Oakland CA

I just had my kitchen sink issue resolved by Albert Nahman's technician Stanley King, Jr, and I wanted to share publicly some feedback for his service. Far and away one of the best experiences with a technician I have had - not only did he speak with my property owner beforehand to ensure authorization and clarity regarding services about to be performed and cost, throughout the service period Stanley was clearly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and efficient without being rushed. Highly recommend him and hope that this feedback supports his excellent work! Albert Nahman was easy to schedule with and great customer support from start to finish. Great local business.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

The grinder pump for our ADU stopped working. Big Blue was great about quickly scheduling us for service. Giovanni was prompt and professional and quickly resolved the issue.

Sure Shoot Rooter & Plumbing is one of the best business i have ever dealt with. Our hot water heater wasn't producing any hot water. Called Sure Shot and David came out that same day to check it out. Found out our water was a high efficency type and parts were very hard to find. David worked on it for about an hour and half and could not get it to ignite. He had to special order the part. This was on a Friday. He made an appointment to come back to finish the job the following Tuesday. However come Tuesday morning he called and said the part still hadn't arrived and he had to put a rush in for Friday. As i posted above this part was specific to our model of water heater and was hard to locate. David did his best to try to get the part as fast as possible. It did come in that Friday and he installed it that day. It was also a learning experience for him because he never worked on this type of water heater before. He did a lot of research during the time we were waiting for the part so he knew exactly how to fix it once he got the part in. He also did a water heater drain and refill. After all this is was expecting a bill of close to 1K. The total cost was very reasonable (650.00) for the time, effort and work that he did. if we had to replace the water heater it would have been close to 5k because the water heater itself is a special order & the time it would have taken to install it would take a few hours. Next year when we need to have it drained and refilled i will have David to it. I highly recommend Sure Shot Rooter & Plumbing. David is very patient, tries to work problems out and is very knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Rey has replaced all our galvanized water pipes, the tankless water heater and the main. He is currently replacing the furnace. Very professional, timely and very fairly priced. Rey always goes the extra mile.

Old rusted pipe, turned small job into big job. Plumber arrived about 2:30 then left and went to get parts and told me it would be 4 hour job. Returned about 4... I was ready to reschedule but he said he would do it. He completed job at about 8, even had another guy come help. Very professional and I appreciate him working through to get job done

2pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving... of course my kitchen drain stops up! Called, was told they were fully booked through the weekend. As I was on my 3rd other 'sorry, we are all booked up' call to other shops, the dispatch at JC Green calls back, saying they had cancellation-- they could be at my place in 10 min. Promptly 10min later, Christian shows up with the tools and a smile. Simple roto job done quickly, professionally, (under the sink looks better than it did before!) at a fair price. For their excellent customer service and competence and bailing me out of a big jam, 5 Stars.

The service man did a Sewer Lateral check on a home in a real estate contract. Very fast and efficient and informative. He was done in less than an hour.

There was a drain line stoppage causing my kitchen sink to back up, so bad that if not cleared it would have flooded my kitchen wooden floors and cabinets. Brandon cleared the stoppage in a professional manner. Extremely neat and careful as well as knowledgeable.
