Our Noritz tankless hot water heater had developed a new low-pitch vibration while running, which did not seem to affect its operation but was troubling because unexplained. Nahman scheduled a next-day visit from their technician, who traced the vibration to its source and corrected it. A “peace of mind” visit, but very much worthwhile.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

I own a property management company representing 1000 units in Oakland and Hayward. I called Mr. Rooter at 10 AM. It is now 12:08. I still have not received a call for a plumbing back up at a 50 unit building. My suggestion is never depend on them for 24 hour service. Just like most rooter companies they pretend like they can assist and have done absolutely nothing. I will be most certainly letting my large network of property owners know to never use Mr. Rooter moving forward. I suggest you look elsewhere unless you enjoy getting the run around and never being contacted.

My landlord let me remodel the hall bath shower. Thought I’d be able to switch out the plumbing, but once I had the wall opened, there was no way. Got a few prices that were crazy and emailed Jason and sent him some pics with measurements which told him everything. He recommended a different faucet set than I wanted and figured he knows his stuff and went with what he recommended. Their price was lower than the others. Set up a day and time for the tech to come out and he roughed in all the plumbing. Then I did all my magic and then set up a day and time for the tech to return and finish off the job. All this was thru emails, which can be a pain. Everything went better than I thought it would. Techs were great, called first to say they were in route, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. If I remodel my shower, in the other bathroom, I’m calling Alligator Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to everyone !!!

These guys really know what they are doing! The plumber I got from my insurance - Rosenberg plumbing, spend more than an hour, could not find a problem, charged me 440 on top of service call, and told me to build a new clearing for the pipes for 10K! Brandon from Laratt Bros fixed the issue in 35 min! I would not go anywhere else if you have a plumbing issue. Just now, Sunday night, Aaron from Laratt, solved another issue via the phone, looking at the picture I sent to him, saving me at least 120 for insurance service call and charged me nothing!

Augusto, the owner answered my initial call, scheduled a free estimate and arrived right on time. I'm so glad I paid extra for him to use his camera to look at our drainage system. He paitently educated us about our system via video, which helped tremendously since we discovered the issue was an easy fix!
