I had a under-mounted sink beneath a granite countertop that kept dropping -- turns out the whoever installed it used funky wood wedges to support the sink. Marlon and Mike came out and fabricated a massive new steel support structure for the sink that was fully adjustable to level it up, and then installed new water routing, disposal, and p-trap. Work was beautifully done, and followup was great too, as Mike had to come back a couple of times to deal with minor leaks in the new setup.Everyone from dispatcher, to the technicians were first class, on time, responsive on the followups. As others have said, it's pricey, but you get what you pay for!

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

Your team respected our property and cleaned up each day before leaving, and asked for the building’s paint color so they could paint pipes added to the exterior of the building. They were friendly and responsive when passing residents asked them about the project. I can honestly say that over the years I have worked with only one other vendor who extended the care and dedication you and your team showed during our emergency. As a relatively new homeowner inheriting a fairly complex hydronic radiant heat system, I've been looking for a plumbing partner. I'd used two other services in the past and while both charged be a bunch and made minor fixes, neither fixed my problems long term. In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews on Google yet, but don't let that deter you, he's an expert and a great person to work with.

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.

We had a heat pump installed. We are very happy with the service. They were reliable, very professional, and left the work areas cleaner than they found them. They also respond quickly to questions and made the process very easy.
