Chris recommended a needed cleaning of the furnace fan, showing me the dog hair on the fan blades. I did not even know it was possible to clean the fan. He removed it and quickly vacuumed and reinstalled the fan. It runs much better and the air in our house now seems light. It was excellent service. We had other furnace servicing, but no one had ever recommended performing this messy task. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts.
