He was professional, courteous, and informative. He explained the details of the work to be done and proceeded to complete the work. I was very pleased with my experience and won't hesitate to call them if I ever need help again.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

They charge $1400 for replacing a small exterior ABS standpipe! This is out of this world.. Got one in hardware store for 50$.

Mr. Rooter arrived within an hour to assess the situation and scheduled the crew for the following day. While they were delayed due to another emergency, they were extremely informative and kind, and they did great work in a short timeframe. Turns out this is happening all over the hills — the excessive rains are damaging the infrastructure, even more so for homes like mine, where the pipes are decades old. I can’t speak to the price b/c we had to move fast and I don’t have anything to compare it to. But I am super grateful that they were available so quickly, and as usual, this happened the day before a holiday weekend. It could have been disastrous. Mr. Rooter made it right.
