Called Mr. Rooter for a plugged toilet on a Saturday. Lance responded before the scheduled repair window which was even more appreciated. We do not live at the problem site and again appreciated the phone call that he was on site and what his probable course of action was. We will use Mr. Rooter again.

Excellent work- knowledge, quick, and thorough. We had a bad experience with another company prior to calling Mauro’s, so I was a bit worried. Chris arrived 1/2 earlier then the two hour window, that was a plus. After I explained the issue he got right to work and unclogged the kitchen sink drain and it works great! Professional and explained each step to fix the issue.

GREAT plumbers!!

I paid Abe to re-caulk my bath tub and to install some corrugated metal panels around my deck. The caulk ended up getting big gaps in it (though we did not use the tub or shower for over 24 hours after he did it as instructed). He missed seeing one of the panels for the deck (which was right there next to the deck) so he did not install it, but he told my husband he would come back and finish the job. I messaged him about getting him to come back about 5 different times over the course of 6 weeks and he is ghosting me.

Overall, I would say Abe is a mixture of incompetent and expensive. Throughout the deck job, he kept interrupting my husband to ask for help. He asked me for work gloves to protect my hands. Who shows up to install corrugated metal without work gloves? I was desperate to find someone so I gave him a shot but seriously, it was ridiculous. If you're desperate, keep looking.

Meanwhile I need to fix my caulk and finish my deck project, some of which was done pretty badly - one of the panels was installed in such a way that it's bending.

Have been using Larratt Brothers since 2017 and cannot say enough positive things about the company and their employees. Recently had bathroom faucets replaced which I purchased at Home Depot.After installation, one faucet kept leaking. Larratt Brothers went out of their way to get to the root of the problem and diagnosed a defective faucet. Aaron and Aaron B. were excellent. Highly recommend Larratt for all of my plumbing issues.
