Our two 30 year old wall furnaces were replaced efficiently and timely today! Very respectful of our home which just had new flooring installed. Ensured all debris from removal of our 30 year old furnaces was contained and removed from the home. Answered any and all questions I had, and ensured I understood how my new digital thermostats worked! I also appreciated the company’s attempt to provide me with a sooner install date but the flooring install did not allow for that. Regardless, I so appreciated the effort!

Mr. Rooter was very responsive,and on time. Returned phone calls as promised, technician was also very responsive. Technician Uriel was on time and polite, very professional looking. Uriel explained the process and all work that needed to be done, Uriel also answered all my questions with no problems, Uriel also quoted me a price for all work which was very reasonable after consulting with his supervisor. Uriel was also a very neat and organized worker, I also stood by and watched Uriel work at times, I felt very comfortable with leaving Uriel to do his work, because at times I was in and out of my house for errands. I could see Uriel was all business when he started working, Uriel was quick but also made sure he work was solid, after Completeing all work necessary Uriel explained what he had done. Uriel tested all connections for leaks and proper fittings after final completion. There was a little bit of a problem with a bathtub fitting, but Uriel took his time and found a solution that fixed the problem. I am completely satisfied with Uriel as a technician and with the work he performed, I am also satisfied with Mr. Rooter services. Ray is truly awesome. He has saved us multiple times now! He is very responsive and that has made all the difference for us when it's our one toilet that has broken, or when the handle for the kitchen faucet came off in my husband's hand yesterday...
Ray's skill is immediately apparent, if he fixes something, it stays fixed! He is also really efficient; I would guess he and Cory (who was also great and friendly) were in my house for maybe 30 minutes and replaced an entire faucet AND fixed a clogged drain in that time.

We have been using Abante for years, they are always on time and are usually able to make same day stops. they are on the pricy side but the plumbers working for them are all very nice and know what they are doing.

They are amazing !!!! Be sure to use them and very affordable!! I needed my couch to be lifted though the window of my apartment they got it don’t in a timely matter.

Shower job was not done correctly. After plumber left I had to keep tightening the cold water stem.When the problem got to the point where tightening did not stop the drip, I called Larratt Bros. to fix it. They refused. I will never use them again. Thanks for responding. I got parts from Cal Steam where I met a plumber who worked for Larratt Bros. He gave me his business card. That how I got a hold of you.
