The discount plumber doesn’t honor one year labor and part free. Their invoice said clearly but when the water heater pilot off frequently, they could not fix. They had to let home owner call the manufacturer. They want to charge when manufacturer agree to give a brand new water heater within one year warranty….

My exisiting sewage go under another house 100ft long and city main in the middle of busy road. Inspected and leak-proofed by city of Oakland and EBMUD. Sewage downtime about 5 hours. We are very happy with the work.

Elias and his crew were the best plumbers I have ever hired. 3 days before my new renters were supposed to move in, I discovered we had a hot water problem. Elias helped me try to solve the issue without doing a complete galvanized to copper replacement. But ultimately, that is what we had to do. He was fast, professional, met all deadlines, and delivered what was promised. Most impressive was his ability to be an expert in his field and still be a great communicator too. He texted me photos of his progress and was able to dial internationally (3 other companies couldn't figure out how to dial an international number). The owner of this company did a job for him on a shower glass for his house valued at $ 2000, the guy wanted to go smart and only paid me $ 1000, he kept the rest of the money and kept the glass, he didn't want to pay the other money inventing that he did not like glass and it was what he asked I wanted to fix the problem in several ways and there was no solution The scoundrel wanted to keep my money and the glass without paying
