I called the owner of this business the night before around 9pm and he promptly responded the same night. It was late for me, for him to come and I had to work the next day between 8&5, and he offered to come first thing the next morning. Not only did he offer a solution to accommodate my service and me being on time to work, he came and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. In and out! I am very pleased with the prompt and courteous service that was provided to me. I will be using again for all of my handy needs and highly recommend as well.

After calling numerous plumbers and waisting probably hundreds - thousands of dollars on poor service and products. A good friend recommended Mr.fixit, since I already have been through so many plumbers I didn’t think that this service would be different, but WOW ! He was amazing he explained why I had a occurring issue and once he left problem was gone! Thank you so much again !

Every member of my family has used Bryan (Mr Fix It Right!) & Co. for some plumbing emergency or repair. He is fantastic. He also knows a network of equally excellent plumbers to jump in if he's unavailable. He is professional, kind & knowledgable. Always my first call for plumbing problems in my c.1900 Victorian house. He goes the distance- even to Crockett!

We had a break in at our commercial property. Bryan was quick to respond to my call. His team, including Paco, came and were quick to find the source of damage to pipes and water heater. Also, they helped vacuum water covering floor areas. I really appreciate their positive, can-do attitudes and hard work to help in our difficult situation.
He fixed my toilet because it was tiny and replaced it with a bigger size, I can now sit comfortably.

May not be actual plumber, charged $175 after completing a clogged drain repair plus using a shop vac for 5 minutes on our kitchen sink. This despite the website advertising $69.99 for any clogged drain. He does not provide a receipt, and has not returned my call afterward about the repair follow-up.

I'm feeling lucky and blessed right now. This was the wrong weekend to have my ancient hot water heater decide to get sick and die on me forever. Pretty hard to do Christmas at home and clean up afterward when the water is ice cold. It's even harder to research and purchase the right hot water heater and hire a reputable plumber to pick it up, install it, and carry the old one away in the evening on a holiday weekend...all of it done well for a reasonable price.
Bryan from Mr Fix It Right Plumbing is my Christmas hero. I needed a miracle today and he and his assistant made it happen.
I bookmarked his Yelp page a few months ago and he was the only plumber I had to call. He delivered. Five stars! Enough said.

He also has a great crew of workers who always gets the job done as well. Bryan is a very reliable person, a man of his word, skillful, and whenever it comes to his work; He never disappoints his customers. Hiring him is worth every penny because He’s professional, and always solves the problem. Better yet, He gets rid of all your worries. Another thing is that, Mr.fix it is always on time and can fix just about anything in a timely manner. When I had a problem with my water heater and drain, Bryan was able to fix everything within 20 minutes. I’m so glad that I hired him. The reviews are right! They were responsive, arrived in 10 minutes and were done in another 10! Cost way less than the last time I had Router Rooter come out. And they waited for me while I ran off to the ATM to get the cash out. Awesome job.

Arrived 20 minutes after calling. Two times I have had other plumber come out without properly fixing the problem. They were done in under 30 minutes. Bathroom drainage is now working perfectly. Previous estimate $3000. They fixed it for $89. Can't beat that kind of service.

This company is a life saver. They always come out, whenever I need assistance, in a timely manner and always complete my repairs promptly. Bryan knows his stuff. He fixed a drainage problem related to a washer a few years ago. The same problem had been fixed three times in the past 18 months and he understood what needed to be done for a more permanent solution.
So, when my tenant had a blocked drain, I called him. He was responsive and fast. Unfortunately, that same evening, the tenant reported a leak that went through the ceiling. Called Bryan and and again he was responsive and came out the next day. He showed me where those same pipes had been fixed recently (within the past 10 years) so I understood it was not his work that caused the problem. Bryan took two hours to buy replacement piece and fix the leak. The charge was $600 for a small piece of pipe and two total hours. I thought that was pricey - the only time I've paid anywhere close to $300 per hour was for a structural engineer. OK, I understand - I'm paying for expertise and peace of mind.
The problem arose when I had a contractor come to close up the ceiling. He pointed out that the fixed pipe should be connected in a Y fashion (45 degree) rather than 90 degree for better flow and to prevent another blockage. He also pointed out that the diameter of the connecting piece did not match, which also inhibits flow When I talked to Bryan about his work, he explained that he was only replacing the broken pipe as it had been. He did not think it his responsibility to fix the situation. Bryan never brought up that a slightly different piece (45 degree angle)was better or that the diameters of the pipes did not match. He did offer to make the Y connection but he thought I was cheating him by asking him to change out the 2 inch piece that was a different diameter. At $300 an hour, you decide the level of expertise that should be applied...

Bryan was responsive when I called him to look at my faucet that was loose and needed securing under the sink. He fit me in his busy schedule and arrived on time. After evaluating the faucet, he notice the pipes were rusted and had just started leaking. I was surprised how timely everything happened at that moment. He decided to replace the worn out faucet with a new one. I had bought a new one just in case. Then he got the replacement pipes and the drain that he already had in his truck. That was convenient and saved a lot of time from running out for the parts. Within two hours he completed the job. I paid him but he didn't give me a receipt. Later I noticed the faucet was not centered so that it could turn equally from left to right between the divided sink. I called while he was at another job. After a few hours he returned to fix the problem. I appreciated his work ethic in making sure I was happy with the results of his work. He fit this in between his other two appointments towards the end of the day. Great service.
Mr Fix It Right rocks! Bryan is awesome. Helped us out multiple times, always fast and responsive. Every time I use new faucet I think how grateful I am that we connected with Mr Fix It Right.

Great service, knew his stuff, timely and efficient. You don’t realize how important a hot water heater is until it’s out and your left with freezing cold water. It’s the little things, after being without hot water and taking that first hot shower, amazing. I can’t say enough about the company and their service, grade A.

I discovered that my sewer pipe was clogged and emailed Mr. Fix It Right. Bryant responded to my email quickly. When we talked on the phone he let me know what the possibilities were and gave and let me know the minimum cost. He arrived when he said he would, did the job efficiently and charged me a fair price. We even shared a pleasant conversation. I highly recommend Mr. Fix It Right. This is my first review I've every written on the internet because it was truly necessary to share my wonderful experience. Mr. Jackson of Mr. Fix It Right Plumbing & Rooter was extremely accommodating with my emergency leaking tub faucet. First impression, was that of a caring and helpful person. Despite his busy schedule, I was somehow fit in, and the problem with my constant running water was completely taken care of quick and efficient. I am very pleased. Bryan is an absolute angel of a person. Last month we had catastrophic rains and my sump pump failed and my finished basement flooded - my office, guest room, laundry closet, and basement bathroom were filling with water. The water was coming in at around an inch an hour, and most every plumber I called couldn't get out until the next morning to help.
Bryan came over at 10 pm (on a Sunday night no less!) on very short notice, and hooked up his sump pump to get the water out of my basement. Not only that, but because it hadn't quit raining, he left his sump pump for me overnight so that the basement wouldn't just fill back up with water. He must have been exhausted, but he returned the next day with a brand new sump pump to install. And on top of it, his rates were more than fair!
Bryan really went above and beyond in my moment of need; I was desperate and stressed and he was so kind. Because of Bryan, the damage was minimal, all my appliances and almost all of my furniture were saved, and the only work I needed done was drywall removal and replacement. I am aware it could have been so much worse and am so grateful for his kindness.
