Jason Hargraves replaced the flapper and fill valve on our leaking Toto toilet and replaced the emergency shut-off valve which no longer worked. He was professional,, efficient and friendly. Icontinue to be impressed with Albert Nahman Plumbing and its staff.

Augustin was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the issues I presented to him. He explained what he was seeing, presented me with a plan should we go forward and explained the quotes.

Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way. I inherited the system from the previous owner, and his explanations were extremely helpful.

Mr. Rooter was recommended by an architect. I was impressed by the tech, Jimmy Pham, they sent out to video my sewer line from house outlet to the center of the street. He explained what would be needed to comply with ebmud and they were responsive with their bid compared to some other companies that did not bid on the whole job. They got the work done quickly and it passed the PSL test. I have no information to judge the cost but one other bid was almost exactly the same for the same work scope. I have experience in other types of construction work and it seemed reasonable to me.

The plumbing services Mauro provide for me was super. My plumbing problems was fixed in no time. Reasonably priced and great customer service. I highly recommend. Do not hesitate to call him, you won't be disappointed.

JC Green plumbing did an outstanding job fixing our water heating pipes at home. We had a lot of water leakage and luckily JC Green plumbing was a recommendation. They came through and did a phenomenal job while we had to be out of the house for them to have access.

They are amazing !!!! Be sure to use them and very affordable!! I needed my couch to be lifted though the window of my apartment they got it don’t in a timely matter.

He found one crack on one end (only dripping ) and did not find this crack on top of the pipe where I pointed out first “ this is where gushing water came down.”
The plumber said he fixed it so I went upstairs and opened the faucet 2-3 seconds and flushed the toilet once , he was downstairs saying “no leak !” Done . He did not fill the bath tub nor run water to test any further leak .I did not know so I had the ceiling closed ($1000) then my daughter took a bath , gushing water came down . I needed to open the ceiling AGAIN.

Office manager dismissed the issue of not throughly inspecting the entire old pipe , no running water test. I originally asked for compensation for the drywall work which I had to do twice , did not go anywhere. He said the work was done right, nothing was wrong . So I disputed the charge of CC. I got a temporary credit then the owner talked to me finally . Unfortunately Aaron claimed the crack was a new leak , not related to the repair the plumber performed . Look at the exposed pipe and the area of the ceiling opened . How can anyone say they are different leak . I provided all pictures of evidence to VISA and finally they awarded me the credit. The owner told me not to ask for any repair and I am on the nasty customers list . I am very disappointed by his statement “opinion” , “definition” , “fact” ,” I got something free???
I fought this incompetent work because I could not sign the false statement on the form of “release of liability “ when he offered $500 with “ good face”. The fact is that the plumber was not professional. The crack did not appear after his repair , pipe is all connected . It is not a new leak.

We can continue to disagree but there is one fact that does remain. That is that you have had new piping installed by us for free. That’s indisputable. The rest is your opinion and by definition is not fact.

I really like J J Rooter & Plumbing’s service. I would recommend them to anyone. My garbage disposal wasn’t working right. They quickly started working and started to figure out the problem. Soon they found the problem, there was a screw inside the garbage disposal!! They quickly took out the screw that was stuck and they reinstalled the garbage disposal and it worked like new. They left it cleaner from how they found it. They are really professional and quick. If I have any future plumbing problems I will call J J Rooter & Plumbing.
