Called Big Blue Plumbing to check out a 2nd floor toilet that was leaking onto our first floor ceiling and they were able to send someone the same day.

When Nate arrived we also asked him to look at our kitchen sink pipes. He was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave us different options to consider for fixing the issues.

He fixed everything in just a few hours and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

My neighbor called yesterday morning to say a hole had sprung in his yard and poop was flowing out of it. 🥴💩It took a while to determine it was coming from my pipes. Mr. Rooter arrived within an hour to assess the situation and scheduled the crew for the following day. While they were delayed due to another emergency, they were extremely informative and kind, and they did great work in a short timeframe. Turns out this is happening all over the hills — the excessive rains are damaging the infrastructure, even more so for homes like mine, where the pipes are decades old. I can’t speak to the price b/c we had to move fast and I don’t have anything to compare it to. But I am super grateful that they were available so quickly, and as usual, this happened the day before a holiday weekend. It could have been disastrous. Mr. Rooter made it right.

Have used Alligator Plumbing on 2 different occasions, they were great both times. I would not think of using anyone else.

2pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving... of course my kitchen drain stops up! Called, was told they were fully booked through the weekend. As I was on my 3rd other 'sorry, we are all booked up' call to other shops, the dispatch at JC Green calls back, saying they had cancellation-- they could be at my place in 10 min. Promptly 10min later, Christian shows up with the tools and a smile. Simple roto job done quickly, professionally, (under the sink looks better than it did before!) at a fair price. For their excellent customer service and competence and bailing me out of a big jam, 5 Stars.

The service man did a Sewer Lateral check on a home in a real estate contract. Very fast and efficient and informative. He was done in less than an hour.

Les comparto una experiencia, dónde los actores fueron el señor Rubén y Juan, un par de personas amables, atentos y responsables, quienes en tres días, para solucionaron un problema en mi casa, les cuento, mi casa tuvo un vote de agua debajo de la casa, aproximadamente por cuatro meses, y nadie lo quería arreglar, esta empresa, Big Brothers envío a estos dos trabajadores, que llegaron, observaron todo lo había que hacer, sacaron su equipo de trabajo, trajes, mascarillas, lentes, etc, y se metieron debajo de la casa, ví las fotos y videos que ellos tomaron y prácticamente era una laguna debajo de mi casa, luego vi cómo empezaron a sacar lodo, agua, raíces de los árboles, y cambiaron tuberías rotas, cambiaron el toiler, se fueron y dejaron ventiladores, para que secaran y sacarán el mal olor,ya el tercer día, fué de verificación, ya todo debajo de la casa, estaba seco y arreglado. Gracias a Rubén y a Jesús. Les doy un 💯, super recomendados.
