After dealing with three other drainage companies, Underground Rooter was the only one that followed through. Augusto, the owner answered my initial call, scheduled a free estimate and arrived right on time. I'm so glad I paid extra for him to use his camera to look at our drainage system. He paitently educated us about our system via video, which helped tremendously since we discovered the issue was an easy fix! I wish more contractors had this type of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency as Underground Rooter does.

If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Streamline Plumbing came to our six unit condo gave a quote quickly within an hour of arrival. They showed up one week later and installed a complete trenchless sewer line 100 feet into the city sewer system in eight hours with full certification by the Oakland city sewer inspector. At the end of the eight hours they had already reinstall the replacement cement sidewalks. This company is incredibly effective, knowledgeable, and fast in their process like a well oiled machine. you cannot find a better company to take care of your sewer line needs!

The 1st an 2nd plumbers I called gave me estimates way above my budget, also they had a list of things I didn't know was wrong.i called Americas Best Plumbing,they came out promptly an gave me a much lower estimate. I asked how they could repair the problems for so much less, an they told me there wasn't as much wrong as I had been told. They repaired it at a very reasonable rate an gave me a senior discount.i have had them replace faucets an unplug a sewer line that my 3 yr old grandson caused by flushing a toy down. The employees are very nice and I feel very honest very important to me the owner Russel is very thoughtful an one of the nicest people I have had the privilege of meeting.
